Actually it would be really helpful if we could choose which columns were shown on this screen - either by the admin or at individual user preference (like for searches)

Our team often wants to edit their recruiter notes - either because things have changed and it's better to have a single note with the right information in it than two notes one of which is incorrect - or because they want to add more information to clarify a note - or just because there is a spelling mistake and it's irritating.
In addition, it would be helpful to keep the most recent recruiter note as the one with all the key information in it, so that it is transferred to the Recruiter interview post it (see related suggestion about changed functionality). This relies on it being editable.

If the notes were editable in the Considering list, this would be resolved - the team could add any information that they wanted to be carried forward into the most recent note

HI Richard we do this for you through the job distribution – if you go into the distribution page and open the link called distribution list you will see all the candidates that have opened / clicked through etc .. it is our plans to roll this functionality through to bulk email as well so moved this to voting to push up the priorities.
thanks WendyJo Young supported this idea ·

This would be extremely useful for contacts as well as candidates - where we send out marketing emails in bulk we have no idea if they are hitting home - so to know which of our client contacts have opened or read them would be a big win for us. We don't want to have to export contacts to Mailchimp or similar to get this data - so much more powerful to have it all within Firefish

The candidate should definitely go into the workflow as normal so that their application can be handled - or there should be an option to allow this is, if other users of Firefish don't want it

Agree that automatic unarchiving would be the most sensible solution - as others have said, the main reason for archiving is that they were inactive or not interested at the time of archiving.

We hadn't realised this was happening - this provides a terrible user experience for the candidate. We also definitely need this

An additional point is that even if we delete a meeting from the Contacts record, it still shows up in the reporting for meetings held.
We would also like to avoid the need to send an email to the contact - we tend to do this via Teams because this is how we arrange the meeting - and even if we skip the send, it's there on the record and can't be deleted. As a result of rescheduling and cancellations, there may be several of these emails which were never sent and can't be deleted on the contacts email history

We have a number of suggestions for the reporting of meetings. We would like to be able to accurately report on:
- meetings arranged this week (for some time in the future)
- meetings taking place this week
- meetings that took place last week, with their associated meeting notesSales meetings are regularly rescheduled or cancelled. The current reporting approach means that we can't get rid of any cancelled meeting in reporting - it still shows up as being a meeting that took place, which is inaccurate and misleading. We also can't reschedule a meeting for a later date, we have to create a second meeting, which knocks out all the statistics about meetings held.
There is a previous suggestion on this but the solution simply amends the follow up date of the meeting (ie the date it appears in the diary and the date that follow up reminder appears), it doesn't amend the meeting record itself.
We also can't add the notes of the meeting to the meeting itself, we have to create a further note. This means that we can't report on the meeting, the type of meeting it was and the associated notes that went with it. This could be fixed by allowing the follow up note to have a meeting type and date associated with it.

This is an important improvement to the Universal Search to make it truly useful.
We've been beta testing it and it's great, but it doesn't include archived profiles - which means that if you don't find someone, you then have to go and do a second step of searching for them in the normal dashboard search.
Without this functionality, you can't trust a result of "nothing found".
