  5. On the 'Applications' tab of an advert screen, it would be sooooo useful if the candidates desired salary was shown

    And the ability to add other fields to the view (like we do in search) that would help to filter applicants.

    Often until we get the first applicants we don't realise another question would have been beneficial or the questions need amending. The advert text is amendable, why not the questions?

    We would not want this - sometimes a client changes the spec - and we would still want to know someone was available and seeking a new role.
    It is clear in the advert those who haven't answered anyway.

    An example of where this would be important. If Joe Bloggs calls and you need to quickly find him on db but he is archived (rude, performance or you just have some history on him in notes). Knowing that you do have some history with the candidate is important to retrieve quickly. A universal search that only returns live people is only half the story.
