Could we have a dropdown facility on emails which shows all the contacts and their email addresses which then allows you to 'cc' in anyone else in that company to an email that you are sending.

I know that you can cc currently but the email addresses are held in Firefish and you can't come out of the email to find the address and therefore unless you know the email address off the top of your head then that facility isn't terribly useful (unless you house their email addresses somewhere else as well which sort of defeats the object of having everything under one roof on FF)

Hi all, first phase rolled out. You now have the ability to bcc and cc in the following job actions - recruiter interview, cv sent, and employer interview.

We can roll this out through firefish emails and will do this after initial feedback.

However we wil keep this idea 'in plan' to be able to add the additional ability to auto assign the action to anyone that has been cced in on the email to their own actions history.

Hi Jackie - most mobiles will ask if you want to save your password.
If you just press save password each time you go to your log in your password / user name will be there.

Hi there I agree with all of the comments below, I really need to be able to cc other contacts from the contact file when I am sending an interview confirmation, plus it would also be good that you also have an option here to cc another contact from the system. Not only is it important for the email to be linked to each contact but sometimes I have three contacts to send an email to who have different emails, I do not remember every one to copy and paste the email address. Thank you

I agree with the other comments. I have clients who want their colleague or spouse CCd in, or I want to let other consultants know that emails have been sent by BCC. Could we have an update as this is kind an urgent requirement for our business! Thank you so much.

Why can't we send an Interview confirmation email to more than one client contact. I regularly have two client contacts who need cc'd confirmation.

Hello I was just wondering if there is any update on whether another contact can be cc'd when in the contact file and if there is also a choice to send to another contact within the database from here. The reason why I ask is that there are a number of clients that I deal with that I need to cc it to another two contacts and it really needs to be recorded on their files aswell. I am always about to send the email when I realise I don't know the other two email address so I generally have to come out of the email to access the other address, write them down and then send them from the contact email.

It would be so much easier that you can cc when in a contact file and that you are also given a choice to cc another contact within this company or a contact from another company altogether. Thank you
