When we send a lot of emails to get candidates' status up to date, it would save a lot of time if we could have a bit more information in the box that pops open when sending to Firefish. For example, if a candidate is not currently looking it would be great if we could change the status to "Happy in current position" as it takes a long time to look for the candidate, go to the record and change the dropdown. there may be other things that would be good to have on that box like being able to consider for more than one job (the method of finding which job can be infuriating when you have a big long list - please can you at least put in some tabs. Ideally the whole box should be bigger and ideally we could re-sort the list of jobs by a column header)
