Primarily we would like to be able to add a universal contract for our Contractors which can be edited with pay rates etc before sending.

Cannot agree enough with all the comments on this. This is a vital time saving tool and am surprised that Firefish have not already integrated this. Makes more time for recruitment instead of admin. This is a number one complaint within our team.Can we please please please add this feature Firefish?!

When we send the CV we have a template in the body of the email, clients being clients do not always read this important information :( I would like to be able to copy the email and template on to the top of the CV and then send it without the saved copy changing

This save so much time - especially when working remotely.

This would make such a difference, especially when colleagues are not in the office and you need to send CVs that have already been done - they will all be in one place!!

save changes to CVs automatically. When we edit formatted CVs rather than saving to our PC it would be good if they could save to the system

I would even be ok if the system scanned for a mobile number and email and removed those, and then just added a generic front page that was branded with availability and salary details and our logo .... then keep the original cv at the back, just without contact details

Big vote from me for this! Very time consuming and too long-winded having to download the CV, manually format, then add back to the system. Have seen a great example of an alternative that I can't imagine would be too difficult to replicate. Happy to share Wendy.

I think this is a great idea, However I would propose in addition to this being able to drag and drop these files into the first place so that if there is the requirement to have an anonymous CV on the candidate profile you could swap them around depending on what you want to send...

Some of the other competitors of Firefish offer this functionality and I think its a really vital step to compete, as in all other areas Firefish is great, but this is really lacking and is a really time consuming aspect of our role, better spent converting sales!

This is a real frustration for us too. It is currently far too lengthy and I would have thought a basic recruitment software requirement!

Once a candidate or we have their private CV on their candidate portal, it would be amazing to have a saved word CV template (that we have already uploaded with branding on etc) on our own systems. Firefish could then scan their private CV and copy across the data to the public CV template. It would still require us to pop onto the public CV and tinker and ensure that the data has been imported correctly and private data has been removed, but it would speed up the CV editing process hugely.

Meaning less time is spent formatting CVs and more time spent on client/candidate conversion. :)
