  2. The ability for candidate's to upload references on the portal

  3. Search Result lists

    When working your way through a search result list of candidates and ticking them off as you go eventually after going into other record you lose all of the ticks and ultimately losing when you got up to on the search result. Would be good to have a feature where you don't lose where you got upto outside of opening the candidate records up in another tab

  4. Customise Names of Probability Thumbs

    To be able able to change the names of the probability levels on a job (The Thumbs up).

    The current terms are not always appropriate and this would benefit users when looking at Forecasted Probability in the reports dashboard.

  5. Flag duplicate email addresses when sending mailshots

    At the moment it is possible to create multiple contact records with the same email address, but it would be helpful if these could be flagged, or for the email only to send once when there are multiple records with the same email address

  9. Assign To-Do List Tasks to other users on the system

    Have the ability on creating a follow up task to assign it to another user on the system to appear in their to do list.

  11. Automatically reject open applications when a job is filled

    When a job is placed but the associated advert still has candidates awaiting processing, the user should have the option to automatically reject all the applications with an email notification being sent as part of this action.

  12. Make the Temp Owner field searchable (candidate record)

    We have joint candidate ownership between Perm and Interim consultants; would be great if the secondary 'Temp Owner' field in Candidate Summary was searchable so the candidate would come up in each separate search for consultants

  13. The ability to change the options on the Pay section within a Job Record

    Job record > Summary > Pay > Self Employed/PAYE - the ability to change one to Umbrella etc.

  14. Summary Tab - Employment dates and Also Interested In

    On the summary tab of the candidate record you can see current and past employments but you cannot see the dates of these employments unless you go into the candidate profile. Would be good if these dates could also be added to the summary tab.

    Currently on the summary tab of a candidate record you can see the candidates preferred discipline and location. It would good to have a snapshot of the candidates also interested option too.

  17. Wjhen you enable Candidate Search on Enterprise for employer portal, the client has access to the full candidate database

    We only want the employer to see their own candidates (i.e the candidates that have applied through their database and the applications they have received via their own database only)

  18. Automatic Star Rating

    Automatically change the star rating of a candidate based on certain actions (as well as being able to manually change). For example, the candidate stars can change to 4 stars if they attend an employers interview, 5 stars if placed, and 2 stars if they don't attend an interview, 1 star if they fail the pre qualification.

    We're currently scoping out some UI/UX improvements which will give users the ability to view more from the candidate hover over, with the idea that this will be replaced with a side panel view of the candidates info.

  20. Contact & Candidate Follow-Up calls to have a Time

    When logging a call on either a candidate or contact it has facility to arrange a Follow-up call but only by date, often they will give a specific time (lunch break for a candidate or when not in a meeting for a contact) but currently unable to specify.
