ability to bulk edit data
In our previous CRM admins were able to bulk edit data to keep in clean. Examples include changing marketing subscriptions in bulk to no, when the email address hasn't been entered. It may be just because we have recently migrated and are still cleaning up our data but we are finding a fair amount of manual clean up going on

When viewing the directory of saved searches, add the ability to be able to search or filter saved searches.

Make settings easier to find and understand
Whenever I try to find something in the FF settings, I must admit, I struggle! I know there is a lot in there, but I think it would be useful if the fields were renamed to something easier to understand and follow. Or maybe if you hover over a setting, it brings up a little speech bubble saying 'click here for xyz'. I end up clicking in an out of so many things trying to find the right place.

Talent Pool - candidate added date and last bulk email date tabs
Having a tab that shows the date that a candidate was added to each talent pool. So that you can send emails based on how long someone has been in a specific talent pool.
It would also be useful to have a tab that states the last time an email was sent to the individual candidates in the talent pool via bulk email.

Add contact info further up in candidate profile
With the space available to the right of the candidates preferences / rates in the canidate profile heading, could you add the contact details for quicker access tio these - contact number(s) and email adress

Formatted CV preview to accurately reflect the downloaded version of the CV
Currently the formatted cv preview can look different to the actual document when it is downloaded (some formatting looks to be removed and the alignment is off). It ought to be a like-for-like reflection

Field automation - when certain answers are chosen on one field, other fields are auto updated
I.e. When a candidate is selected as inside IR35 on the Job summary page, the IR35 Framework Agreement and IR35 Status Determination are made blank on the candidate record

Align additional templates to Advert Applications
Would be good to be able to select from a couple of aligned templates when emailing to applicants via an advert. EG a template to ask about RTW, or a different template to discuss requirements, without the need to "consider" the candidate to a job

It would be great to have the option to run a Data Cleanse option.
You should be able to run a Data Cleanse using parameters (fields that are import to you i.e post code, visa status, telephone number etc.) that will return a list of candidates that are missing any of this data. You should then be able to bulk email the candidates specifying the fields they need to update within their profile. This would allow us to really clean up the data.

Add Forecasted sales Information to Job Record Header
Currently, when reporting on forecasted sales in the sales section near the bottom of a job record, you must enter the forecasted sales and date. However, these entries do not automatically appear in the report unless you update the probability thumbs at the top of the page. This requires users to scroll back to the top to update the thumbs after completing the forecasted information. To streamline this process, we propose relocating the probability thumbs next to the forecasted sales fields, as they are closely related. This change would enhance user efficiency and improve the overall workflow.

Creating a 3rd additional association/relationship between companies
As far as I know, it is only possible to have 2 associations/relationships between companies. It would be beneficial for us to have a 3rd option

Associated Companies in Potential Matches
Pulling associated companies into the potential matches list to potentially create a filter option to select associated companies.
Ensuring relevant contacts at associated companies appear when location radius is filtered accordingly.
