  1. Alert when trying to leave a page with missing mandatory fields

    When trying to leave a page with missing mandatory fields it would be good to have a pop-up telling us what is missing as it isn't very clear at the moment

  2. Actions From Leads

    Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

  3. candidate shift availabilty

    Candidate shift preferences

    On the candidates 'preferences' page, there should be an option to select the working hours they are available for. I.e full time / part time. Days, nights, afters, rotating etc.
    This would help when matching candidates to jobs and be more useful data in the long run

  4. Associated Companies in Contracts Out Filter

    in contracts out, we have numerous contractors at child sites. Would be good to be able to include "associated companies" when filtering by company

  5. Move Remove button to top

    The "remove" button on call follow up list should be at the top, to save endless scrolling once you have cleared a call.

  6. Expiring Star Ratings

    When a candidate is first rated, they may fall into the 2 star category essentially classing them as a 'not now' due to lack of experience or whatever reason. After 1 year, the star rating could become 'expired' whether that means it becomes a different colour or returns to 3 stars. The candidate at this point may have achieved some longevity in a role or a desirable qualification since they first registered and with an expired star rating, can easily be identified as needing reviewing by a consultant.

  9. Hide Certain Sources from Candidate Registration/Applications

    Would be great to be able to hide certain sources such as Referral / Headhunted from candidates. To ensure these sources are only available to FF users when manually creating records.

  13. Shift Status

    Within System Configuration > Properties > Candidate there should be a new ‘Shift Status’ option.

    This status should available in the candidate record and should be used for the potential matches in the new shift workflow.

  14. Deselect people in Prospects who are due to get a certain job alert

    There are occasions where candidate's are matches for job alerts but it might not actually be appropriate for them to get this particular alert (i.e. they might work for the company)

  15. Custom ranges on KPI colour coding

    Ability to select the ranges for colour coding on KPI report. Would like to be able to set it so amber isn't displayed until a target is 75% met

  19. Move Social Fields into Properties

    To move the Social fields into Contact Properties and create the same fields in the Candidate Properties so these can be toggled on/off and set as mandatory/non-mandatory.

  20. Log Candidate Detail updates in Recent Activity

    Log Recent Activity updates each time a candidate detail is updated (answer, by who, when). Not only will this make an audit trail, but it will also make detail updates reportable.
