    Add more custom fields to contact record, at the moment these are limited to status and tags, some user controlled fields would be helpful

  3. Contact Unsubscribe - when link double clicked it shouldn't tell them they are already unsubscribed

    At the moment if the link is clicked in quick succession they get a message saying they're already unsubscribed, this shouldn't be the case

  5. improved data/layout of contact recruitment tab

  6. Refresh/ Repopulate the formatted CV

    It would be good if a user has a way to more easily refresh/repopulate the merge field values in a formatted CV.

    Currently a user would have to create a new formatted CV to bring in newer values.

  9. Tick which level of Qualification

    Be able to have an option to categories candidates as either being Executive, Fully Qualified, Part Qualified or Transactional. This would help when searching for candidates.

  10. Assign Offices to candidates

    Like with recruiters being tagged as "owners" to candidate profiles it would be useful to add "office" as some recruiters share, candidates, contacts and clients. It would help with searching and managing relationships

  11. 'Known As' field on Company record

    Company registered name and the name they go by can be different. When we make placements, it's the official name on FF that gets pulled through and sent to candidates, clients etc, so it can lead to confusion, and repurposing an existing field doesn't help

  12. Add options for 'by week' and 'by month' to variable rates

    When adding variable pay rates to a job, the current frequency options are 'per hour' and 'per day', to make this more flexible, add options for 'by week' and 'by month'.

  14. Attach Formatted CV throughout Job Workflow

    It would be great if we could attach formatted cv's to interview stages of the job workflow.

    Within our industry we will sometimes speak to the client and book an interview directly and submit the CV at this stage.

    At the moment we need to download and re-attach the CV to the interview email.

    This would also be helpful for other users who wish to include the formatted CV with the interview confirmation so their clients have all the information in one email.

  15. Suggestion for Send CV functionality: Notify User if no CV Present

    A suggestion for when sending CVs to contacts anywhere in the system, but if we could have a notification that says when a formatted CV is missing from a candidate record when either the Spec Cv action is selected, or the candidate is moved to the Send Cv stage of a job. Currently the system will just allow the user to send the email in this instance without the attachment and doesn’t flag the Cv is missing.

    Current behaviour:
    If one of the send Cv actions is selected and no formatted CV is saved against the candidate record, the email…

  17. When opening a calendar with a date already logged in the past, it would be better to open on today's date rather than the old date

    I.e. on Availability field on the candidate record. The previous date might be years ago, so we need to free type in order to update (or skip ahead month-by-month which is time consuming)

  20. Ability to log calls on a job rather than a note - Tag to candidates and clients also

    To be able to log a call on a job that also tags the client and the candidate i.e logging interview feedback, updates on jobs and aftercare.
