  1. Additional Sales Invoicing through Xero

    It would be great if additional sales could be passed to the Xero integration, these are being invoiced to clients so we would expect them to be passed along with the placement details.

  3. List 'reference received' in recent activity, when added via FF email extension, instead of directly through FF

    At the moment, the 'reference received' notification is only shown in recent activity of a candidates profile, if uploaded directly in FF. A lot of the time, I add the references from an email in outlook, through the FF extension, but then this doesn't show in recent activity

  5. Use a search filter for Considering to Jobs on Outlook Add-In

    Right now we just display a dropdown list of open jobs in the Add-In - it would good to have the ability to search for jobs using a filter (Like the chrome extension) so that users with lots of open jobs can find the right one more easily.

  8. Change Advert sort order on Add-In

    Could the sort order on the Outlook Add-Ins Advert Application be changed to Asscending to Decending based on the Advert Reference. These are currently based on recently posted, but we feel it would be easier to view adverts with similar titles in the way described.

    Hi Firefish Team,

    Could we add a built‑in ChatGPT connector (via the OpenAI API) so recruiters can trigger AI actions without leaving Firefish? This could be as simple as an “Enable ChatGPT” toggle in Settings with an API‑key field, plus role‑specific prompt templates we can tweak.
