  2. Ability to change LTD to another name

    To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

  3. Contract Workflow Rates Per Site

    At the moment the rates are a global setting controlled by the primary site, these should be able to be controlled on a per-site basis for enterprise, as a secondary site may have different requirements

  5. Add an invoice field when placed a candidate with a company

    Would be great to add an invoice field when you have successfully placed a candidate.

    Perhaps in the "placement" field, you can add this next to offer and contract.

    As billing is such an intrinsic part of our job, would be good to see the invoice against each role placed

  6. Ability to save a job search

    It would be nice to have the ability to save a job search like you can do for candidates so that it is automatically populated as new jobs are added/closed with specific criteria set.

    So for instance if you want to save a search which shows all roles without adverts, or in a particular town etc. you can dip in and out of your saved searches rather than having to select all your criteria each time.

  7. Potential Matches in Candidate Module to build spec list

    It would be fantastic if the potential matches function in the candidate module permitted you to manually add hiring managers that you plan to send candidate profiles out on spec to - ie no live role and don't necessarily come up as a match based on postcode and preferences.

    Perhaps it's just that our data is not good enough to make this function work properly but I think this would be a great enhancement to the feature if possible!

  8. Add the ability to create documents for extensions and not just original placements

    Why this wasn't taken care of as standard I don't know, but you need to be able to generate documentation for extensions, not just for original placements.

  9. send notifications to everyone when a placement is made

    It would be great if Firefish would display a pop-up/notification when a consultant moves a candidate to the offer accepted/placement stage.

    Seeing as there are already some notifications within Firefish (about Crowdcasts or support team notifications), it could also be used to send a system-wide notification when a placement is made.

    This would be really useful, particularly with hybrid working here to stay and consultants making placements whilst working from home.

  11. Extend Audit Trail on changes to offers and placements

    At present when an offer or placement is made this is the last recorded action. If the offer or placement is updated and the details reconfirmed, these are not logged on records.

  12. Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list

    Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list . Also, We should be able to add 0 in "amount from" when creating a job

  13. Add Interview Outcome Notes to Contact Record as well as Candidate

    I'm not sure why MEETING NOTES for INTERVIEWS only appear on the Candidate record.

    They need to appear on the CONTACT record as well.

    In addition there should be two sets of MEETING NOTES for each INTERVIEW as clearly there are two sets of feedback not one.

    i.e. One set from the Candidate and one set from the Contact

  14. Placement Records - Sales Amount

    When inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount.

  15. Do a bulk email to send out to candidates wishing them luck on their interview

    An email pulling the job details, job spec etc similar to an interview confirmation, where we can search today's interviews and send a bulk email wishing them good luck,

  16. Measure Contract Jobs and Placements in WEEKS not DAYS

    Contracts are generally based on months. 6 months is standard, sometimes 3 or 4 or 12 for example.

    I would like to see the number of weeks e.g. 26 - for a 6 month contract, not the number of days - which is only relevant for Temps.

    I would like the system to calculate and end date based on a start date and a number of weeks.

    I would like to see this at JOB level and at PLACEMENT and EXTENSION level.

  17. Remove 'types' from interview confirmation options

    From an internal recruiter perspective when using FF as an ATS it would be beneficial to be able to make the 'types' field on interview confirmations a non compulsory field, it doesn't fit with our interview confirmations so I always have to enter something then remove it manually for the confirmation to make sense.

  18. Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100

    Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

  20. Email everyone in your Placement list

    We are able to email everyone in a Considering list for a job, but if you have guys placed in the job, you are not able to email all at the same time, unless you create a Talent Pool. It would be a great function if you can fire off an email to all of your current working guys- within a job, and across all jobs too.
