  1. Changing hourly rates to day rates on Offer screen

    Changing hourly rate to Day rate on the Offer screen
    When making an offer, it would be good if we could change the rates from hourly to daily on the offer set up screen rather than have to go back into the vacancy page to change it. It's time consuming and you lose data you have entered on the offer screen.

    Have an option that emails all the candidates in a job workflow when the job is filled. Ideally the template would be editable and push the candidate back to the customer website or candidate portal

  5. Ability to save a job search

    It would be nice to have the ability to save a job search like you can do for candidates so that it is automatically populated as new jobs are added/closed with specific criteria set.

    So for instance if you want to save a search which shows all roles without adverts, or in a particular town etc. you can dip in and out of your saved searches rather than having to select all your criteria each time.

  6. Warning when placing a candidate that is already currently in a live placement

    When you place a candidate in a contract job there is not currently a warning telling you that this candidate is already in a live contract.

    This would be good to have a fast paced temp desk as their could be several people talking to the same candidate for different roles and cannot always rely on the candidate letting the recruiter know.

  8. add esign functionality on to permanent job documents rather than just contract jobs

    esign on a permanent job workflow would allow you to get clients to sign confirmation of offer letters or terms of business variation letters

  9. Potential Matches View-able from Open Jobs Page

    Would it be possible to add a 'potential matches' column to the open/live jobs page. This would eliminate the need to go into each individual job to see if any newly registered candidates have dropped into a job.

    Appreciate we can now customise interview stage, would be good if we can customise interview type also, EG allow superusers to update Video Interview to "MS Teams" or "Zoom"

    Or update Face to Face to "In person" etc

    Include candidates with 0 salary amount in Potential Matches and include the salary category in the list . Also, We should be able to add 0 in "amount from" when creating a job

  14. send notifications to everyone when a placement is made

    It would be great if Firefish would display a pop-up/notification when a consultant moves a candidate to the offer accepted/placement stage.

    Seeing as there are already some notifications within Firefish (about Crowdcasts or support team notifications), it could also be used to send a system-wide notification when a placement is made.

    This would be really useful, particularly with hybrid working here to stay and consultants making placements whilst working from home.

  15. Placement Records - Sales Amount

    When inputting placement records, the sales amount is only calculated with the agreed salary. It would be great to have the option of calculating the sales amount with the total remuneration, as additional benefits value would need to be included in the total sales amount.

  17. Ability to select and consider candidates from one role onto another

    At the moment if you wanted to consider candidates from the 'considering' on one project, to another new project - you have to go in to each candidate to consider each individually. The option to import the considering list to another project would be very helpful and time saving.

  18. Make Job Profile attaching to Candidate CV Sent Email optional

    At the moment when you send a candidate CV to a client via the job workflow, an auto email is populated to the candidate to inform them their CV has been sent and attaches the Job Profile if one has been added to the job.

    It would be good if attaching the Job Profile to the email was optional...A setting in general settings to switch off attaching the job profile to the candidate.

  19. Add all recruiter notes from the job to the "post it" box - and make them editable

    There seems to have been a change in functionality - previously all recruiter notes were concatenated into the "Post It" box when moving from Considering to Recruiter Interview and beyond. Now it seems that only the most recent note is moved across - and given that this often just says something like "Kathryn to screen" as the last step, it holds no value without all the other communication that has gone before it.

    Also, given that the recruiter notes are not editable in the side bar, I am finding it very hard to persuade the team to use them without…

  20. Adding candidate owner to potential matches tab on jobs

    It would be really helpful if the Candidate Owner could be added as a field to the Potential Matches tab on Jobs. Then Recruiters could check through their own candidate lists more easily.
