Amend and/or remove drop down options on Permanent/Temp Status
It would be helpful to be able to remove options such as 'Immediately Available' and 'Passively Looking' on Permanent and Temp Status. If not, then the option to amend the names.

Add an invoice field when placed a candidate with a company
Would be great to add an invoice field when you have successfully placed a candidate.
Perhaps in the "placement" field, you can add this next to offer and contract.
As billing is such an intrinsic part of our job, would be good to see the invoice against each role placed

Arrange Employer Interview on behalf of user
To be able to arrange an Employer Interview but assign it to another user (so the selected user gets the KPI, To Do task and Diary entry).
"Confirm User" field is currently available on Recruiter Interviews so same functionality on Employer Interviews.

Allow Sourcewhale to work with FF

To activate, ask your Superuser to go to Integrations -> Automation where you will see a new 'Enable' button for Sourcewhale.
Then just add the provided API Key and Secret to your Sourcewhale integration settings and you are ready to go!

Filter reports built in report builder by date
When building a report in report builder you're not able to add a date range like you are in the standard reports.

Brand the 404 page
The appearance of the current 404 page is entirely off-brand! There's no Menu (why?), the page footer is entirely different, the colouring is different, and the font is different.
Also the wording Similar Jobs is inappropriate, as it's Latest Jobs that get shown and sometimes they have NO relevance whatsoever to the job in question.

Disable Job workflow stages
Allow the job workflow to be configurable per workflow type -- i.e. hide recruiter interview/CV sent/employer interview in the temp workflow but still have these visible in perm workflow.

Add Job Type to Sales Figures Report
It would be great if you could add the Job Type field within both the perm and contract workflows to the Sales Figures Report
This would allow us to define and report on sales based on the job types within each workflow.

If candidates could enter referee details themselves via their own login.
Once done, FF pings us so we can then take references verbally or via email.
It will help us with our BD!

Search on Notice Period
allow you to search on Notice Period on the candidate search function.

Being able to report on Candidate diversity from the start of candidate journey
Currently FF only allows you to report on D&I for candidates who you have added to "considering" job stage. There is no way to report on candidates who have applied for a role and been unsuccessful in their application.

Thanks for your suggestion.
I’m pleased to confirm that the “Candidate Diversity” report within Anaylse > Standard Reports > Jobs includes a stage called “Advert Response” – any candidates at this stage are candidates who’ve applied to the Advert which linked to the Job record. This will also include candidates who’ve been unsuccessful in their application on the advert.

GOOGLE JOBS - NEW LOCATION TYPE FOR WFH/REMOTE
Now that most roles are offered on a WFH basis our Firefish location settings on Ads don't allow for GFJ to pick up our jobs as Remote or WFH.
We need to be able to set up Adverts to be found by Google as WFH/Remote/Anywhere.

Ability to have base rate as hourly but additional rate as day rate and vice versa
For example, you may have a day rate contractor who gets overtime paid by the hour2 votesYou can now set an additional rate on a contract placement as either per hour or per day, regardless of what the standard rate unit is set to.
