    Hi All

    PDF’s can now be uploaded against the Terms & Conditions field within your Document Library.

    This document type won’t be editable but will attach to all CV Sent on Spec emails generated throughout the system.

  2. Postcode Column in Potential Matches

    We would love a postcode column in the Potential Matches column please.

    We do a lot of work close to London and the Dartford Crossing. It is very rare that we will find a candidate who will travel over the Dartford Crossing (or indeed through the Blackwall Tunnel) due to traffic congestion. A 10 mile journey over the crossing could take them an hour to do. It is also very rare to have a client that will take candidates from either side of the crossing.

  3. Integrate with document signing software.

    We use eversign to have contracts signed by our clients. It would be awesome if FF could integrate to issue prefilled contracts with any popular document signing software!

  4. Add the Start Date for placements in the Standard Report Jobs - Sales Figures

    In the Sales Figures report, the sales date for all placements / terminations / additional sales is reported. However, it does not currently show the start date - this would be an incredibly useful field to include for data analysis purposes.

  5. Advert Ref No.

    It would be useful if the Advert ref no. is displayed on the advert as it can be confusing when candidates contact us with just a job title.

  6. To stop a number appearing after you have posted an advert

    For example Business Teacher (37). I think it does not look neat and would look better without the number.

  7. set hide the Candidate Date of Birth field via a System Configuration setting as some candidate question why we need this data.

    This would prevent any potential for a discrimination claim of ageism based on information requested.

  11. Add more agreed rate boxes

    As we use 3 different rates for our terms per client, we would love it if we could have more boxes so a note of our rates is on firefish.

    We're delighted to say that you can now create a report within the Reports Dashboard that will show all companies that have terms of business. 


    You can do this by creating a report using the Company module and adding in the 'Contract Terms Document' and 'Permanent Terms Document' columns.

  13. Separate Temp, Perm, Temp to Perm & Fixed term Contract Revenue on the Sales Plan Dashboard or produce in a report

    Currently the dashboard is obsolete for Consultants operating a hybrid temp and perm desk, as well as Temporary Consultants as all the figures merge into one on the dashboard. They also only take account of estimated temps revenue and estimated hours worked. As data is transferred over to Timesheetportal, couldn't you import the actual figures from Timesheetportal back into Firefish?

  15. Opt out of SMS Marketing prompt at Placement Stage

    When you place a candidate, you are prompted to opt a candidate out of email marketing

    As Bulk texting can be used on the system, it would be good to prompt to also opt out of SMS Marketing for those who use SMS marketing as well.

    This requires manual work to go into a record after they have been placed to opt them out of SMS marketing as well

    References can now be requested without the need to create the referee as a contact on your database. Check out more in the Fish Tank.

  17. Disable Job workflow stages

    Allow the job workflow to be configurable per workflow type -- i.e. hide recruiter interview/CV sent/employer interview in the temp workflow but still have these visible in perm workflow.

  18. Allow Recruiters to make placements when Authorisation enabled

    When Authorisation is switched on at the offer stage, only Superusers/Compliance users can make the placement.

    It would be great if once the offer is authorised, the user who has managed the job workflow can make the placement.

  19. Add Job Type to Sales Figures Report

    It would be great if you could add the Job Type field within both the perm and contract workflows to the Sales Figures Report

    This would allow us to define and report on sales based on the job types within each workflow.
