Being able to see selected mandatory compliance for any candidates working for the client, is obviously a huge selling point. Unfortunately, once you share compliance, you also share all the candidate's personal information and even their bank details, which is something we cannot justify and would be a breach of GDPR. The ability to share only the compliance record and to restrict everything else, would therefore be essential for us!

In a temp market dealing with 24 hour provision, it is extremely difficult to use the availability as it is currently, to indicate that a person is available next Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, but ONLY for a night shift. At the moment, a mandatory rest period of 9 hours is added onto any unavailability status, so this only adds to the confusion. Speed is of the essence in the temp market, and we need to be able to check availability quickly and ensure candidates can only be booked into the exact shifts they are looking for. If we cannot remove the mandatory rest period then updating someone's availability becomes so complicated that it is simply unworkable. The unavailable status should be considered as rest quite simply. Only an actual booking should include a mandatory rest period.

Thank you for raising this on my behalf. But further to the above, if we could set the time parameters ourselves it would be ideal. Rather than Morning, we would want Early, for example, and the hours would actually be more like 6:30-14:30 to match the basic Health Board shift types and patterns.

This really is essential for us and does need to be comprehensive so that you would be prevented even from sending their CV/Profile to that client in the future. It may not be such an issue for perm recruiters, but in the temp market it's a must have.

The ability to edit the layout of the candidate portal and to be able to group certain requirements in this way under headers, would be of huge benefit.

I am struggling with the best way to do this when establishing the compliance process. This would resolve a huge headache. A similar solution with regard to DBS documentation, and professional registers - like the EWC and NMC - would also be fantastic. The compliance in Education, and even more so in Healthcare, is so complex that any automations like this would have a huge impact.

This is vital for us and would save us a lot of time. I am also really keen to know when the Availability tab is going to integrated with matching? I realise it is Beta still, but if a candidate's availability doesn't match the shift then they shouldn't match against it.
