Related candidates
We often get couples that are both looking for new roles & wanting to start around the same time & in the same country. It'd be really handy if we could somehow link these records or simply record somewhere on each if they are related to any other candiate on the database.

Allow an admin to remove accidentally entered calls / meetings
We use Firefish to produce KPI reports for our team - candidate and contact calls and meetings contribute to this.
From time to time, a consultant might make an error and accidentally enter the same phone call or candidate / client meeting more than once.
Not being able to remove these instances skews our KPI figures, so it would be great if we could allow one user admin rights to remove these actions (just the ones on candidate / contact profiles, not ones in the job workflow).

Automatically unsubscribe candidates at offer/placed stage
At the moment when a candidate is offered or placed we also manually unsubscribe them from job alerts. Is this something that could be done automatically?
If we've a candidate at offer/placed stage it looks bad if we keep sending them emails about other jobs too.

Files Drag and Drop
I know we have a great Outlook Add-in for uploading files to Firefish, however it would be great if it was possible to "drag and drop" files to save time

On the Summary page would it be possible to show the first few lines of each correspondence for client and candidate in the Recent Actions.

prevent alerts being resent for the same posting
once a candidate has been told they are not considered for an assignment they have applied for it would be good if the automatic alerts to could filter out sending the same role again when its reposted.

Delighted that you have this on the candidate search and in your potential match screen so you can narrow your results down from the distance from the company that you are recruiting for.

when entering notes
Would be good if could see the first few words of the conversation and could one add additional information to notes so that we didn't have masses of notes per day per candidate.

Standard Reports Covering Staff Performance
Can we have a suite of standard reports that covers performance of our staff e.g single KPI report that shows KPIs across all stages of the workflows in one place

Have the ability to consider a new candidate for a job within the consider tab
Currently Firefish only allows you to consider a candidate for a job through the candidate screen or from those candidates that Firefish suggests that you consider. It would be extremely useful to be able to have a 'consider new candidate' button within the Consider Screen and then a search box for the candidates name as opposed to having to come out of the consider screen and then find the candidate record to consider them at that point. I think we could reduce currently five click throughs down to one.

Multiple email addresses for one contact
Quite a few of our candidates will regularly email us from both their work & personal email addresses & uploading these emails to Firefish is difficult when there’s only one email address field on their record. Would be great to be able to add an additional email address on their records.
1 voteWe now have the ability to provide a 2nd email field however this will not actually link this email to any of the communication to the candidate automatically.
If anyone else would like this just field activated contact the support team.

Client Search
When searching for a company, a more exact search would be great. Rather than ff searching on each word in the company name and bringing up multiple results (sometimes hundreds) it would be good if we could do an exact company name search to only bring up the company we need

Multiple selection of geographical search areas
We have a situation where we have multiple vacancies across bordering counties and would like to be able to search within the advanced search option for multiple geographical areas...i.e. Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire etc... in one search.

Is it possible to get the results per page functionality we have on candidate & contact searches on the potential matches section on jobs too?

How are search results returned when searching for candidate skills?
We need to be able to search for candidates on the skills they are coded with. Our database has international candidates coded with their languages in the skills section of the profile. Currently we are unable to search on this.

Gender ♂♀ - How can we tell?
Is it possible to have a Cartoon Symbol to show the Sex for the contacts so we know whether they are male or female?
If this can show by the Contact's Name (alongside the links for Facebook, Linked In) that would be an easy place to see this information.
Perhaps a *********************************** and a Cartoon *************************** for Females?

Images on adverts & job alerts
We currently have images embedded within our jobs adverts. We'd like to be able to include these same images within our jobs alerts. Would be great if advert images could be added to a job advert mail merge fields.

Bulk emails should not change the last updated date
We all have to keep our candidate records up to date and will probably use the bulk email function on a regular basis. It's good to see that a bulk email has been sent, in the candidate record. However, it is not helpful in the fact the the Last Updated date changes, as there are no updates that have actually been made. Could we exclude the last update date changing when bulk emails are sent? It is up to the user to update the record with the reply received (e.g. by sending email to Firefish) to know if a real…
