  1. Bespoke KPIs

    As a company we have different names for our KPIs to the names on the system.
    For the teams to report what is going on we often get discrepancies as to what they should be logging their KPIs as.
    Would it be possible for the KPIs to be made a little bit more bespoke for individual companies?

  2. Advert Performance - Reports Dashboard

    Can we have the number of mailshots and job alerts sent shown on the reports dashboards. Ideally these would be split out so we can see the totally of users generated mailshots and system generated job alerts and the prospects tab information relating to these

  3. Run a report showing invalid email addresses on contacts/candidates

    It would be helpful to be able to create a report on invalid email addresses so that users can update their system.

  6. Convert report data into a saved search

    It would be useful to be able to convert candiate/contact data from the report cards into a saved search if these tie into a project to be worked on - i.e. candidates with no discipline

  7. Reports Dashboard - Current Contracts

    Within the reports dashboard we need the ability to show the current number of contractors/temps that are out working. This should match the functionality of the 'Current Contracts' quick link.

  9. KPI Report Layout - Export

    I find the Word and Excel export of the KPI's difficult to read as its a big list. I prefer the layout of the Report dashboard however other than screenshotting it I can't export it. I would like to be able to export the KPI Report in a similar layout to the dashboard.

  11. Candidate Specific Reports

    The ability to report on a single candidates record or create a custom list of candidates that are manually added to the list and then report on information from those candidates.

    The reporting fields would include everything from the candidate record such as notes, call and tab from summary all the way to if they have a document attached

  13. Bulk email from reports

    When reporting in Firefish it would be good if you could bulk email to a list of people on those reports.

    For example, if I wanted to find a list of contacts that had a job placed with them in 2023 and email them I wouldn't be able to run this type of search from the search function but instead have to get the information from a report but you are currently unable to email from a report.

    So it would be good to have this as an option so that I wouldn't need to use a bulk emailing service…

  14. Reports Dashboard - Team Structure Filter

    Within the reports dashboard you can currently run a sales report on individual users but it would be good to be able to run the same report to get the overall sales of a team using the team structure setup

  16. Monitoring Consultant Activity Performance Ratios/Metrics

    It would be great if there was a function on Firefish which provides an automated report to demonstrate performance efficiency/ratios.

    Ie:
    Jobs Taken: 10
    CV's Sent: 30
    1st Interviews: 15
    2nd Interviews: 10
    Jobs Filled: 4
    = Average CV's per job Ratio = 3
    = 1st Interview: 2nd Interview = 1.5
    = Job to Fill Ratio = 2:5

    This data would enable us to create insight from the activity performance, which would be very helpful to identify patterns and areas which if focused on further, can improve efficiency performance.

  20. Traffic lights on dashboard

    Link the report dashboards to KPI's which then allow you to show red/amber/green on each recruiter whether they are on target i.e. 0 placements the bar would be red, 2 placements it would be amber, 3 placements green
