Ability to add templates [Actions Library]

The templates which come as standard are great and the ability to edit them also great. However there are many times when we send very common responses to candidates that it would be really helpful to be able to add templates and then edit then accordingly. This way we could have a number of templates that we can customise for each need we have to send repetitive emails and save us having to copy paste from documents.

Hi All,

You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.     We have always historically tracked call types for business development/candidates so we can work out how many new business calls / spec calls / new reg calls/update calls are being done so would be good to be able to customise the call types.

    We deal with multiple clients who all require different application forms, ID and online checks to be carried out by candidates they offer to.

    It would be great if we could create custom email templates for each client so we can just hit the send button rather than having to type everything out each time, or remember who we last placed within that Group to be able to copy the email we sent to them.

    It also then avoids the chances of us missing things off the emails to candidates.

    Currently we can only edit the body of candidate email templates in the system settings tab. It would be beneficial to have the ability to create completely new templates, delete ones we do not use and to update the name of the templates to make them more relevant to our organisation
