This is good news indeed and much needed!
It would be extremely helpful if the email subject could show in the summary, it's time-consuming to find emails. I also agree with Carly Liddell-Lum's comment too about attachments.

I would strongly agree that we need this in place. Consultants would be emailing directly from their outlook. On a older system I've used once an email exchange is completed it was possible to track the full exchange between client and consultants. For business continuity purposes, should a person be on annual leave etc this would be vital.

We definitely need this, it's essential!

Integrate emails automatically to and from staff and anyone in FF. Our previous system ROL (Recruit on Line) did this and it was the only feature that we loved about the programme. It terms of accountability and record keeping with many emails between companies and candidates as well as monitoring quality of emails being sent by staff/colleagues this would make FF an amazing product if this could be developed :) It would be ideal if attachments would also be saved in the email without having to click through the various steps.

essential and should be a basic function over and above other more sophisticated features. Time saving, good practice and record keeping in one one step.

A real step back in functionality from most other systems not habving this funciton - please integrate it to read all emails back and forward against each candiate / contact email

I cannot see a reply from FireFish, has there been one?

This is a huge frustration , as many have said, we are having to flick from one system to another, meaning times wasted and drives people to use Outlook

Our old CRM has recorded outgoing Outlook emails for over 10 years. I thought this was standard functionality.

Hi there I am always having to direct my sent emails from my outlook as a lot are done from here and with gdpr in place I think it would be a good idea that all emails are automatically logged to always have proof of correspondence made. Thank you

There is an addin you can use with Outlook which lets you transfer emails to FireFish and then respond in FireFish - search the help for the tool.

After spending time and money investing ini FireFish we are still replying to emails via outlook, and as a result, using two different systems. The key for us integrating with FireFish is adopting it fully into our working day, without integrating emails into FireFish you are fighting an uphill battle (IMO) to do so.

yes, love this idea .... I'm trying to train myself to work in FF more than in Outlook, but it's not an easy adjustment! particularly as in FF you don't have the chain of communication ....

I agree, I previously used a system that gave you the option to record all emails sent through outlook into the system / against the persons record. I've just started using Firefish and it looks a great system aside from this missing functionality.
