Customising the Call Note Types
Love the new release of call note taking - great! However it would be ideal if we can customise these drop downs like we can do in all other aspects of the candidate portal. For example, your list: Update / Proactive Approach/ Follow Up etc is OK, but for us we would like to Add/Edit one to say NR/LM (no reply/left message) or Sending Later - as these are often the notes we make and it would save us having to type them out each time...
That way we can make it more customised to our specific recruitment needs rather than generic. Thank you!

This is really important to us - and would benefit us significantly. For instance, where we use video outreach - would be great to have this as a contact drop down!

This would be perfect for recording leads as we would easily be able to report on these and create our own visuals/dashboards.
At the moment there isn't really a tangible way to record leads, please give us the ability to add to this dropdown like we can across most of the system!

We have always historically tracked call types for business development/candidates so we can work out how many new business calls / spec calls / new reg calls/update calls are being done so would be good to be able to customise the call types.

At the moment, FF isn't really set up as a retained friendly CRM. This would really help with reporting on retained business development activities tracking suspects to prospects to leads & to sales.

Agree would like to add other dropdowns on client contacts.EG Sales leads so you can bring up all your sales leads from the day before to follow up. A basic function that I'm surprised isn't on here
