Currently if you open a job as temp/perm you can't change it but often this does change whilst working on a role. Please make it so you can change this.

I was really surprised to find that this wasn't an option as it is a fairly standard part of recruitment - the transfer from Contract/Temp to permanent? Hopefully it is something that can be rectified very soon!

For example - a client changes their mind and decides to take someone on a permanent basis as opposed to a fixed term contract, or trial a candidate on an FTC rather than commit to perm. At present, once a job has been added to the system there is no scope to change the type of job workflow. In Job Summary, I can see there is a drop down box for this that has been greyed out which is very frustrating.

By using 'create similar job' and deleting the previous entry, our jobs taken on to jobs placed ratios are affected and any previous candidate work we have done is lost. It seems strange there is a drop down box that cannot be utilised.

We require more flexibility in the job workflow, e.g like changing a permanent job to a temporary job (or vice versa) or adding extension documents to an existing placement or saving multiple contracts per placement.

100% Great idea. At my level it changes so quickly and it would be really helpful if the system could be as fluid as the process can be with a client amending their initial brief without having to start the process all over again on FF

Can we get the system to allow you to change a Job Workflow from Contract to Permanent or vice versa rather than having to close the job and re-add another one.

Ability to change a temp job that has a placement into a perm job if it goes temp to perm.
