  4. KPI Report Layout - Export

    I find the Word and Excel export of the KPI's difficult to read as its a big list. I prefer the layout of the Report dashboard however other than screenshotting it I can't export it. I would like to be able to export the KPI Report in a similar layout to the dashboard.

    To be able to build a card that shows the activities against your Top 20 clients/targets (i.e. based on company status)

  6. Include Accounts Contact in Reports

    At present there is no option to include the Accounts Detail - Contact from a job in the reports. This would be super useful for downloading invoicing reporting so there is the main POC for accounts on the report.

  10. Job Statistics - Reports Dashboard

    Have Jobs Statistics standard report replicable within the Reports Dashboard.

    To do this we need to have the totals columns for each job stage:
    * Considering
    * Recruiter Interview
    * CV's Sent
    * Employer Interview
    * Offer
    * Placement
    * Not Progressing
    * Withdrew
    * Total Candidates

  12. Report on candidate compliance status at offer stage

    Within the reports dashboard we want to be able to report on a candidates compliance status at offer stage.

    We can view the candidates that are currently at offer stage, however, there is no group by option to view their compliance status.

  15. Report on New Starts and Probationary Reviews

    On the reports dashboard we should be able to report on both new starts and candidates in their probationary period. These reports should match the 'New Starts' and 'Probationary Reviews' quick links logic.

  16. Accurately Report on Retained Assignments

    When we put through an additional fee for a retained assignments, it then puts our percentages and average invoice value all wrong, making it impossible to accurately report without manually adding up your figures.

    It would be great if there was a way to run sales reports, with accurate data.

  17. KPI Field On Dashboard For Extensions

    A lot of our revenue comes from extensions. This is measured on the sales panel in £s but it is not captured in the KPI data at the bottom of the dashboard and it would be great if it was.

  18. Bespoke KPIs

    As a company we have different names for our KPIs to the names on the system.
    For the teams to report what is going on we often get discrepancies as to what they should be logging their KPIs as.
    Would it be possible for the KPIs to be made a little bit more bespoke for individual companies?

  19. Monitoring Consultant Activity Performance Ratios/Metrics

    It would be great if there was a function on Firefish which provides an automated report to demonstrate performance efficiency/ratios.

    Ie:
    Jobs Taken: 10
    CV's Sent: 30
    1st Interviews: 15
    2nd Interviews: 10
    Jobs Filled: 4
    = Average CV's per job Ratio = 3
    = 1st Interview: 2nd Interview = 1.5
    = Job to Fill Ratio = 2:5

    This data would enable us to create insight from the activity performance, which would be very helpful to identify patterns and areas which if focused on further, can improve efficiency performance.
