Be able to log multiple email addresses against a contact or candidate
to log emails via Outlook to a candidate record, but the candidate has multiple email addresses, it might be a good idea if each record could log more than one email address against it.

Show page numbers were at the top of the search results screen as well as the bottom

Update candidate portal login email through the CRM rather than the current process
Currently you need to reset the candidate's password, login with the incorrect email then update the email address and reset the password again. It would be much simpler to amend the email address from the Portal tab on the Candidate record.

Auto complete "also interested in" when a candidate applies for a job that is outside of their preferred discipline/location/specialisation
If a candidate applies for a role that is outside of their preferred discipline, location or specialisation, it should be automatically recorded as "also interested in".

Add an option to view more than 30 saved searches at a time
When you enter the saved search list which shows all searches that at set it, it would be really helpful if we had the option to view more than 30 pages at a time, similar to how you can once you have opened a search and you can extend the view to 450 records.

Would be great to have reminders sent automatically to candidates for their interviews. I.e. in the way tools like FRESHA work for beauty/hair salons

Unsaved Changes on all tabs within a candidate record
The reminder to save changes only seems to work on the "profile" and "pay" tabs of a candidate record. It would be great to have the consistency for this to work across all the other tabs.

Ability to customise or add fields to the ‘call’ action, e.g. Available Date and Notice Period
When logging a call, we have 3 fields available ‘Note Type’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Follow up’, it would be incredibly helpful if we could customise this or add to it.
The ability to update the available date and notice period from the log a call action is essential. Some consultants may want to be able to update other fields, like ‘DBS status’, ‘Current Salary’, ‘Own Transport’, or to record if the candidate is actively looking. This would save us from having to enter this information on the preferences tab.

it would be handy to create a job (or placement) directly from the candidate record and automatically link them to it — rather than having to create the job separately and then search for and add the candidate afterwards.

We would like to be able to search for Job and Advert reference number in the Universal Search bar rather than having to go to the Opportunities or Adverts drop down. It would save time when a candidate calls up wanting to know if a particular role is still available etc...

Actions From Leads
Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

candidate shift availabilty
Candidate shift preferences
On the candidates 'preferences' page, there should be an option to select the working hours they are available for. I.e full time / part time. Days, nights, afters, rotating etc.
This would help when matching candidates to jobs and be more useful data in the long run2 votes
