Contract Sales date = booked date
At the moment for perm
sales date = booked date
invoiced date= start date
however on contract both automatically revert to invoiced date. greatly beneficial if it would copy the same format as perm.6 votes -
Availability date updated by call or action
We speak to new and passive candidates every day. Some candidates will be currently in contracts weather its 2 days, two weeks or two months. Therefore, we need to be able to update their availability date quickly when speaking to them. So we can forecast when contractors are becoming available and target them.
It would be great if you could update their availability date in a update or proactive call.
Also, if preferences were update by recruiters it would also prompt them so making it dynamic by when an action is completed of qualifying the candidate or updating their preferences.6 votes -
Field Automation - Field Mandatory Dependent on Other Selections
It would be great if fields could be made mandatory based on the previous selected fields, for example: if the status is not interested then the salary field is not mandatory

Candidate Availability
When the shift workflow is available, it would be good if a candidate had a way to confirm their own availability through the candidate portal.
A user could also update a candidates availability in the candidate record.
This should update the shift workflow to ensure candidates cannot be added to a shift when they are not available.

Superuser having overall company view on homepage
When you log in, Superusers to have an overview of all users such as temps out, timesheets due, compliance stats, etc. for the whole company instead of seeing information allocated to only themselves (as often the superusers are admin roles who dont have their own workers etc and work across everything).
And then be able to choose the view from a whole company overview when you log int, to then narrow it either by team or by individual user. This would help with processing timesheets as you are able to narrow it to the specific teams to see which timesheets…

Warning when deleting certifications
Warning when 'deleting' certifications. Easy to accidentally hit the red x instead of edit pencil. When removing documents and employment history they have a warning, should have the same on certifications to prevent errors.

the ability to rename the bulk email template titles

Export Contact List that can has been updated
When exporting a contact list - the resulting Excel document is a standard format document with pre-set columns - as opposed to the updated version in a search with just the columns I have selected.
This option is available for candidates and companies - why not contacts?For example, when searching for duplicate contacts the exported document has one column for first name and one column for second name which doesn't help when you want to search a full name.

Include applications in job
Would be good to be able to see a tab of applications within the job, without having to navigate to the advert. The job doesn't give a complete picture currently.

Ability to set default drop down choices
I.e. Automatically set a payment type or engagement type on the candidate pay tab, or automatically set a location which pre-populates when a record is created, if not otherwise completed

Exclusion criteria on searches
I.e. if bulk emailing contacts but you don't want contacts from X company to show in the search results, it would be helpful to have someway to exclude them from showing in the results
