  1. The ability to update the font on merge field 'CandidateRates'

    Currently as the merge field generates a table, the table is blocking the merge field from updating the font to match the rest of the email template it is inserted on.

  2. The ability to log multiple users against interview

    Similar to logging splits to placements. Sometimes staff work together on the same role and it would improve reporting if this were possible.

  3. Copy someone else’s KPIs and assign them to another specified user

    Similar to how you can clone a tile on a Dashboard

  4. Any chance we could have a preference field for remote only, hybrid or office working options

    Upon registering a candidate, we always ask what their preference is for remote only, hybrid or office working. It would be great if FF could create some field options for these categories. Thanks

  6. Customise Names of Probability Thumbs

    To be able able to change the names of the probability levels on a job (The Thumbs up).

    The current terms are not always appropriate and this would benefit users when looking at Forecasted Probability in the reports dashboard.

  7. Log all updates to existing placements/extensions

    When updating e-sign contracts, existing placements and extensions only the original action is logged. This then gets updated. It would be useful to retain a log of updates for auditing.

  8. Autopopulate the Forecasted sales on jobs when the expected fee or min/max salary is adjusted

    Currently the autopopulate only works when you first add the job if the salary and % is inputted. If you update thereafter, it is not included.

  10. Connecting Existing Candidates to existing Contacts

    It would be great if we could connect a candidate to an existing contact if one exists. We have hundreds of candidates and contacts that didn't link when we uploaded the data. Currently when you click the connected field above the photo it just activates a new record.

  11. have a go to first page and last page option on all searches

    When you are searching, you can go to pages 1,2,3,4,5.....etc but it would be better if we had an option to go straight to last page, and an option to revert back to first page.

  12. Add in a 'Recruiter Phone' to the Action - Consider Email template for Adverts

    We would like to share the Recruiters phone number within the Action - Consider email when shortlisting from an application into the job.

  13. Add tags to candidate profiles

    Allow us to add tags to candidate profiles, the same way we can add tags to contact records. This would improve marketing lists and prevent us from using the skills tab on a candidate record, which candidates can see on their portal.

  14. Be able to log multiple email addresses against a contact or candidate

    to log emails via Outlook to a candidate record, but the candidate has multiple email addresses, it might be a good idea if each record could log more than one email address against it.

  15. Show page numbers were at the top of the search results screen as well as the bottom

    Would be great to be able to scroll through the page numbers from the top of the search result as well as the bottom of the screen

  16. Update candidate portal login email through the CRM rather than the current process

    Currently you need to reset the candidate's password, login with the incorrect email then update the email address and reset the password again. It would be much simpler to amend the email address from the Portal tab on the Candidate record.

  17. Auto complete "also interested in" when a candidate applies for a job that is outside of their preferred discipline/location/specialisation

    If a candidate applies for a role that is outside of their preferred discipline, location or specialisation, it should be automatically recorded as "also interested in".

  18. Add an option to view more than 30 saved searches at a time

    When you enter the saved search list which shows all searches that at set it, it would be really helpful if we had the option to view more than 30 pages at a time, similar to how you can once you have opened a search and you can extend the view to 450 records.

  19. Candidate Interview Reminders

    Would be great to have reminders sent automatically to candidates for their interviews. I.e. in the way tools like FRESHA work for beauty/hair salons

  20. The ability to see and search on 'last contacted date' by individual users rather than overall

    For example, User A might reach out in November but User B reached out in May, and we want to see when the candidate of contact was last spoke to by User B.

    This should not replace the current functionality but is to act as an additional refinement
