With the introduction of identity document validation technology (IDVT) as a permitted way to conduct Right to Work checks a large number of recruitment agencies are using identity service providers (IDSP) to conduct digital Right to Work checks. The IDSP that we use, Trust ID, have an API that can be integrated into Firefish and would allow us, and other users of Trust ID to create a seamless onboarding journey under the brand of our agency rather than pointing candidates to an alternative portal.

Edit Temporary documents on Email Attachments
To give users the ability to edit temporary documents which are attached to an email before sending the email in Firefish.

Change Advert sort order on Add-In
Could the sort order on the Outlook Add-Ins Advert Application be changed to Asscending to Decending based on the Advert Reference. These are currently based on recently posted, but we feel it would be easier to view adverts with similar titles in the way described.

esign on a permanent job workflow would allow you to get clients to sign confirmation of offer letters or terms of business variation letters

Link contacts to company records in Outlook Addin
When entering a new contact via Firefish for Outlook, it would be great to have a drop-down box where we can allocate the contact to a client/company - saving the need to go into the contact profile.

allow integration with Superreach API
In this downturn the key to success is the ability to use automated sales engagement/outreach providers. The market leader is Super reach, they plan to create more solutions for recruiters longer terms so by integrating with their API now like the other main stream providers is the key to generating sales for us and for FF.

CV view via Outlook Add-in
It would be really handy if when viewing potential matches on the Outlook Add-in we could view their CVs so verify that we are not adding to an incorrect candidate or creating a new candidate unnecessarily. Some candidate's apply with different email addresses so it would be handy to be able to double check this.

At the moment, when making a voip call, any information I wish to add when setting up a new candidate is blocked by a pop up. Very frustrating and unnecessary. Please consider Firefish. Many thanks.

Outlook plug In (sync lost)
It would be so good if the colour of the FF Outlook plug in changed (perhaps to Orange) when it's not auto-syncing emails. We have our system setup to sync all response emails but it's only when you want to sync an email that you're not going to respond to that you realise that your emails haven't been syncing .... often for days - grrr

Electronic Timesheets
Electronic timesheets would really enhance the temporary side of Firefish. We find it hard to work through manual timesheets when queries pop up. Having the ability to complete and send timesheets electronically would make life easier for us, candidates and clients. Asking for if this could be integrated into firefish or allow a plugin to bolt on.

Firefish SMS Improvements - Templating, Bulk SMS from To Do list view and Personalisation
We use the Firefish SMS packages and it would be great to see the option of SMS templates and I would love to see personalisation on SMS messaging. Merge field for candidate first name at least with sign off templated with Recruiter Name, Agency Name and Contact number, would be ideal!
Having this capability from To Do List - Interviews view on Dashboard to enable you to send bulk SMS to candidates rather than job workflow would be a great time saver!

Forward docs (ID/qualifications/certificates) uploaded by candidates directly to clients without having to download/save them all first
We have to forward a lot of certificates/qualifications/medical check etc documents onto our clients when they're considering hiring a candidate but at the moment we can't attach these docs to an email without having to download/save them all elsewhere first which is very time consuming. An integration for document management would prove much more user friendly for agencies dealing with a lot of candidate docs. A drop down next to the 'attach' icon which lists all of the documents the candidate has uploaded onto Firefish for a recruiter to then select when emailing them to a client would be very…
