Hi Katie
This is now Open for Voting however there is a setting within Advert Configuration > General (see attached) which allows you to disable a candidates preferences from being updated with the advert preferences. This doesn't specifically link to 'Desired Salary' as disabling the setting would also prevent Discipline, Location and Specialisation preferences from being populated from the advert to the candidate record.

Contract Workflow Rates Per Site
At the moment the rates are a global setting controlled by the primary site, these should be able to be controlled on a per-site basis for enterprise, as a secondary site may have different requirements

Add sales margin to permanent placements
Have the option to do a margin calculation rather than a mark-up calculation for permanent placements. this is already supported on contract workflows so would be good to have the option on permanent as well

Select which brand email templates to send
On enterprise, when in the primary site it would be useful to be able to select which brands email templates you want to send rather than having to log into each secondary site to send the comms

company status & ownership
Settings like the data retention that provide a list where you're automatically prompted to review certain status's/ownership
i.e If my 'active' status and exclusive ownership is only valid within 6 months of placement, there should be a way to get notification of this / that a company is up for grabs by any recruiter on the system to stop this data falling out of date as it's often not updated by recruiters.
You should also be able to set rules to give a company a set status when a particular action happens i.e. placement
And the ability to change status…

Linked In prospecting drop down
When recording how we are contacting clients and candidates, it would be useful to be able to specify this as an option within an drop down menu.
Especially as Linked In is now integrated as a plug in.

Include job title & location in Candidate Registration Emails
Would be very helpful if when a candidate registers and we get the automated emails with their details - this included their job title and location.
Would enable us to spot candidates who register who match existing jobs as soon as they register.

Report on Candidate Authorisation

Automatically set the availability date to the end date of their current placement
It would be very beneficial to recruiters if Firefish automatically updated end dates to the end date of the candidates placement.

add pronouns next to candidate's names
It's almost LGBT+ month. I thought it'd be nice to add candidates pronouns next to their names or in the details page. It'll make a more inclusive environment for all

Enable notes to track hyper links rather than needing to paste the URL
Enable notes to track hyper links rather than needing to paste the URL.
In candidate summaries we include hyperlinks to relevant sites, eg company websites.
Currently need to open them all and cut and past entire URL, be much more efficient and useful for original hyperlink to work.1 vote -
Do a bulk email to send out to candidates wishing them luck on their interview
An email pulling the job details, job spec etc similar to an interview confirmation, where we can search today's interviews and send a bulk email wishing them good luck,

Measure Contract Jobs and Placements in WEEKS not DAYS
Contracts are generally based on months. 6 months is standard, sometimes 3 or 4 or 12 for example.
I would like to see the number of weeks e.g. 26 - for a 6 month contract, not the number of days - which is only relevant for Temps.
I would like the system to calculate and end date based on a start date and a number of weeks.
I would like to see this at JOB level and at PLACEMENT and EXTENSION level.

Remove 'types' from interview confirmation options
From an internal recruiter perspective when using FF as an ATS it would be beneficial to be able to make the 'types' field on interview confirmations a non compulsory field, it doesn't fit with our interview confirmations so I always have to enter something then remove it manually for the confirmation to make sense.
