Add Email Tracking To Report Dashboard
Please can we have the Email Tracking included into the Reports Dashboard for emails so we can see overall success rates.

Include Expired Certifications on To Do List
Currently only Expired Compliance Details show on the To Do List - We would like to widen this to include Certifications so each user can see when these expire for candidates on their dashboard

Allow OR functionality on compliance document uploads
We only need one of Visa, ID or NI. It would be great if we could upload one and the rest would no longer be needed to mark the candidate as compliant.

Allow contacts to have more than one lead on at a time
A part of my job is to add on leads when dealing with candidates and searching online - I am finding that when a company will be recruiting for more than one job at a time, and the current way leads work I am only able to accurately put a lead on for one job at at time. Allowing singular contacts to have more than one lead would be very beneficial. If there is a way to do this already I'd be happy to learn more.

It would be handy to have employment dates fields on the reference tab, or take the employment history off the profile tab and combine with the references tab.

Holiday reporting - shifts
The team needs the ability to extract or report on candidate holidays and blocked availability, as this information is not currently available in any report. The lack of holiday reporting creates manual processes, reduces visibility of candidate availability, and impacts planning and compliance.

Compliance Rules on previous answers
Secondary mandatory compliance based on response - at the moment, we can turn compliance on and off but some areas/sections we need to be mandatory for certain workers or certain job roles, so current option only allows 'all or nothing'. - We cannot make share code check madatory as it doesn’t apply to all workers but, can we make is mandatory based on the response to 'Nationality'. - We need to make driver compliance mandatory but not all workers are drivers. Archive documents
Alternative file storage - multiple documents - I have added some 'additional document' spaces,but wonder if there is a better solution. Archiving section, out of sight but accessible - some loaded documents would need to be recompleted at certain intervals, most affected being the DVLA check (every 3 months) - so recruiters would need to remove the current uploaded document and replace with new check, we would like to retain the previous checks but FF only offers a detele option. Extract a booking sheet with candidates
Ability to extract booking sheets that include full candidate details for each shift, as the current export only shows the shifts themselves. This limitation creates manual work when sending booking information to clients and prevents efficient reporting on booked workers, holidays, and availability.

Role Specific Compliance Packages
Within each of our sectors there are roles that have specific compliance requirements. Being able to tailor the correct compliance package to specific roles would be a huge benefit. Currently, we can not make something mandatory without it becoming mandatory for everyone, but the requirements for a health care support worker are very different from those of a qualified nurse. A qualified nurse must have an NMC registration, while a HCSW does not, but if we make it mandatory it becomes mandatory for everyone. Role specific compliance requirements is an essential step.

Reference Request - Follow Up Action
Right now when doing a reference request follow up on the to do list you are not able to do this for referees that are not a existing contact in Firefish. This is because the follow up is a contact action and without the contact record the action can't be assigned to any record.
We would be looking to change this to allow us to be able to follow up on references regardless of whether they are a contact or not. This is because not always will you want references from candidates to be contact in our database as they…
