Availability Statuses
Ability to add in other availability statuses, currently you can set availability when a candidate is not available.
I
t would be useful if you could select unavailable Morning, Afternoon or evening (ideally make these multiple selects) and then set predefined times for each.For example - Unavailable Morning would be 6am-11am and when selected, this would block out this time on the candidate's availability.

Include Expired Certifications on To Do List
Currently only Expired Compliance Details show on the To Do List - We would like to widen this to include Certifications so each user can see when these expire for candidates on their dashboard

Have email templates within the process
The new email templates in the Activity Library are excellent. It would be so helpful if we could have templates within the processes. For example, a series of 'Not Progressing' templates allows us to explain to the candidate why they were not selected/considered.

Contract workflow bookings to include the option for setting different working patterns
Not everyone is contracted 5 or 7 days a week for the same hours. In fact, someone working 9-5 monday to friday is pretty unusual for us. Currently you can only enter a start date and time and a finish date and time. There's no way of making it for only three days of the week with different start and finish times. The booking displays on the availability tab as either monday to friday with the same start and finish time, or if you have included weekends, then all seven days, which is only going to confuse candidates who should…

Add postcode radius search to Adverts
At the moment the distance is calculated from the actual office entity, but the office linked to the advert might not be an accurate reflection of the location of the position

Allow contacts to have more than one lead on at a time
A part of my job is to add on leads when dealing with candidates and searching online - I am finding that when a company will be recruiting for more than one job at a time, and the current way leads work I am only able to accurately put a lead on for one job at at time. Allowing singular contacts to have more than one lead would be very beneficial. If there is a way to do this already I'd be happy to learn more.

Profile Completeness - Dependant Fields
When we select "Not Interested" on availability for a particular workflow, the Salary/Rate associated to this workflow still flags as incomplete on the profile completeness feature.
If for example a candidate is "Not Interested" in permanent work, the salary field should no longer be required for Profile Completeness

Contract Preferences For Candidates
I think it may be beneficial for us to have a contract preference for candidates. It would make searching for candidates easier for specific jobs. For example I am working with a candidate that only wants short term roles or cover, where as other candidates only want long-term or permanent roles. IT would make the suggestions tab more reveleant also when shortlisting for jobs

It would be handy to have employment dates fields on the reference tab, or take the employment history off the profile tab and combine with the references tab.

Report on candiates availability
The team needs a report that shows candidate availability and blocked-out dates, as the current system does not allow this data to be extracted. This gap forces manual tracking, reduces visibility of workforce capacity, and impacts planning and scheduling efficienc
