Interviewing internally, once a CV has been sent.
Within a job record, once a candidate has been marked ‘CV Sent’, they cannot then be scheduled for an internal interview. As it's not always possible to meet candidates before sending their CV, but always before they meet clients, I think this would be very useful.

Results per page
Is it possible to get the results per page functionality we have on candidate & contact searches on the potential matches section on jobs too?

Add notes option when completing To Do actions
In To Do lists - when completing follow ups - can there be an option in addition to DONE to add notes to the record, rather than linking back in to add them - so, maybe ADD NOTE

you will now have the option to add a follow up call or email from the to-do list item or you can use the candidate hover over to simply add notes. -
New message to help expand on why a candidate can’t be moved from company to company instantly
Error: Candidate left within the last 2 hours.
Cannot currently be reassociated.
Is this feature helpful?
I'm not sure. It would be a little irritating if I made a mistake and wanted to edit it, but couldn't do this for 2 hours.
It was also another user that made the initial edit and now I can't change it until the time expires
If this feature is required then it would be helpful if the message was more informative. 'The candidate left' isn't great as I don't have any idea where they went or how I fix this.
1 voteHI this has now been changed to 10 mins and an action to note the changer of company. hope this is a better way of helping you with is feature.

Dashboard - Candidate Calls
On candidate calls, on the dashboard, it would be great to see the week ahead. ie on a Friday you can't see your next weeks calls. Would help you plan a bit better.

Images on adverts & job alerts
We currently have images embedded within our jobs adverts. We'd like to be able to include these same images within our jobs alerts. Would be great if advert images could be added to a job advert mail merge fields.

CV Word Searching
When conducting a search on Firefish we frequently use the 'keyword' search box. This search cannot pick up more than one word at a time, it cannot pick up words which are side by side.
For example a "cost accountant" search brings up anyone who has either of these words on their profile - making alot of the search irrelevant!

Refine Job Alerts & Enhance Candidate Experience
Would it be possible to refine job alerts? - Currently when setting up job alerts it is only possible to choose from the parent categories and not from the child. It would be really helpful if the job alerts could mirror the job search functions enabling candidates to refine their job alerts.

Refining Company Searches by geography
Currently within the company module we can search on the field "town" within the company address, would it be possible to make the "county" a searchable field?

Note on candidate card when jobs close
Note in the candidate records that a role they are being considered for is now closed to save having to "not Progress" them. If we see someone else in the company is considering a candidate for a role we don;t approach them. a blanket note to all candidate records the job is dead would allow everyone to know it's no longer an option without having to look for the requirement record.

Terminations
Once a placement is terminated the candidate's status still shows as happy in current position & category is placed. Is there any way we can add something in place of these so it doesn't get mistaken for a placed candidate?

1) you can reset the candidate status
2) record action notes and grade with stars
3) opt the candidate back in to job alerts and marketing
4) reopen the job and bring all the candidate that were automatically ‘not progressed’ at placement back in to the workflow
5) remove the red engagement indicator from the candidates headerAnd we released this last night for you – enjoy !

Preferences Per Site Settings - Jobs/Contacts/Companies
To update the Preference Per Site settings so when a value is disabled it does not appear the Jobs, Contact or Company records or searches.

Automatically pull placement information into template candidate / client contract documents
To avoid duplication of having to manually create a candidate / client contract for every placement.

Include a date and timestamp when uploading received emails
At the moment, when you upload received emails to FireFish and time and date stamp of when the email was actually received is not included. Instead, FireFish only shows the time the email was uploaded. It would be incredibly useful, sometimes business-critical, to be able to see when emails were received.

Search Candidate CV Filter
To add a “Search Candidate CV” tick box to the candidate keyword search which would gives the option of excluding the CV from the search. By unticking this field users could run a keyword search which would search the candidate profile only and therefore exclude any keyword matches in the candidates CV, giving more accurate search results based on their Skills, or other data within the Profile tab.
This logic could also be rolled out to the Keyword search fields within Jobs and Contact Potential Matches for consistency throughout the system.

Add Flags to Considering List
Add suitability flags (used in advert applications page) to the Considering list on jobs.
- User should have the ability to customise the flag labels/names
- Flags should be added to Considering list on jobs within the Recruiter Portal and Employer Portal.

Diary Events/Calendar Sync
As a user I'd like the ability to sync my Firefish diary events and calls from my to do list with my email calendar.
This would allow me to easily see interviews, meetings and calls arranged through Firefish alongside other appointments in my email calendar.
