Legal Plug In - Candidate Segmentation
Allow users to send the Privacy Notice/Candidate Agreement notice email to just a selection of candidates rather than the whole database simultaneously.
We would like to approach groups of candidates in a structured way and not all at once. so that we get a positive outcome not a mass requirement for deletions.
We are trying to keep our candidates not delete them if we can.

removal of data for Superusers only?
AS it is now possible to remove data and is irreversible, do you think it would be advisable to only let Superusers to do this or authorise this?
1 voteThe default for this now for superusers and we have also changed the name of this action to delete. Hopefully this helps to be very clear that you are deleting the candidates personal information and this can not be retried once done.

Activating contact via the Outlook Add-in
It would be good if there was a pop up/warning message to confirm when activating an existing candidate as a contact using the "Send As Contact" button on the Outlook Add-in

Have an "Opt In" or "Subscribe" button
IF we had an "opt in" or "subscribe" link so that we can email all candidates on the system and they can either subscribe or unsubscribe with one click. This would be great for GDPR!

Please change the call function back!
The number for a candidate is no longer seen as you go in to a record immediately, which is beneficial.
We have also found that there are extra clicks for recording call notes now?
We found the previous call function better!

Removing Potential Matches in bulk
Within the potential matches filed in a job it would be handy if you could remove unsuitable candidates in bulk by selecting more than one candidate and clicking a remove button. You can do this for considering so please add a remove button. We like to clear this field down so any new candidates we haven't removed will be added to the potential matches and we will know we haven't already looked at them

Just noticed this one is still at voting however this improvement has been released.
You now have a remove button on your potential matches list for removing candidates in bulk.

Creating a new person (long list)
When creating a new contact just now I entered the surname Douglas. This offered many duplicates - 8 pages worth without any offer to increase the number of records per page so you can quick scan through all the records for a duplicate. I had to go through all 8 pages to ensure it was not a duplicate. surely by increasing the number of records you can view here it will help speed up the process and eliminate the risk of duplicate contacts.

To text from within a candidates or clients record
It would be great if you could send a text from within a candidate or clients record rather than only being able to do it by search, it would be good to have both options. Thank you

Havea tab on a candidate record which matches them with contacts that might be interested in them based on mutual preference settings
Hi Fishies – great feature – visa versa why not let the reverse apply – when you look at a candidate record who have their preferences set why couldn’t there be a tab that says these contacts at these companies might be interested in them?
It seems to me that by the below the database tables already exist and its just a case of presenting in a different way ?

Ability to change the outline colour of the 5 stars.......
This is purely aesthetic - I really don't think red and yellow go well together colour wise. Is there any chance we could change the red outline colour to something more generic like black? It's fantastic that we can personalise our database, love that, this is just the one thing left that bugs me. I guess the red is because Firefish is red? Sorry for being picky :-)

allow you to copy interview details to multiple people
If we could copy interview details to multiple people in the recruiter/external interview tabs in workflow, it would save us having to give each candidate individual interview details.

Bulk email and text in job workflow stages
send ordinary emails or text messages in job searches. Having to send each one individually is a waste of time. I do not wish to send the job spec and I can't remove it.

firstly it would be good to send a text from a candidate and contact record aswell as doing from the search
secondly when a temp or locum booking or perm booking is made it would be good that we could set up an sms from here to be sent to the client/contact on the day that the person starts. ty

Special Occasions
It would be great for special occasions for example Christmas we could have snow drops falling down on the website if you catch my drift, on valentines love hearts, kisses and so on and so forth. Great idea yeh?

Be able to search clients by a postcode search to allow for target area.
It would be good to be able to bring back fuller lists of clients using postcode radius search as not all client files are going to be coded properly and this will allow us to bring those, relevant, but not searchable client files up into a useable list for marketing

include the permanent job alert 'Salary Banding' dropdown menu when sending a new candidate to FF via the Outlook plugin
When sending a new candidate to FF through the Outlook plugin, it shows the drop down menus for candidate preferences: Discipline, Location and Speciality.
Would be great if you could add a 'Salary Banding' to the dropdown option for permanent job alerts when we send a new candidate to FF through the Outlook plugin.
When we include 'Desired Salary' under Permanent, it does not update their job alert preferences to our predetermined 'Salary Banding' dropdowns we created so you have to go in and create a new Job Alert Preference for each and every canddiate, otheriwse they are not sent…

"Update Recruiter" instead of "Contact Candidate" on Hiring Manager version
For clarity purposes, could we have the 'Contact Candidate' button on the Hiring/Account Manager system updated to 'Update Recruiter' - would seem to make more sense given the function of the button.

Hyperlink to google maps from candidate post code
To have the ability to click on the post code on a candidate's profile and bring up their location in Google Maps. Greater integration with Firefish and google maps showing candidate routes to potential jobs would also be very useful.

Date on the calender to be highlighted
Hi there is it possible to have the actual date highlighted on the date itself when you have to enter a follow up date. I do understand the date is shown at the bottom but it would also be a great help if the actual date was highlighted too. Thank you

When sending an email the subject of the email is shown in General Notes
At the moment when an email is being recorded on the software it only says' general email'. It would be better that the subject title in the email sent is shown for example instead of 'general email - you will see the subject of the email sent i.e Terms & Conditions - Irish Dental Jobs, Temp rate- Irish Dental Jobs. At the moment if you are looking for a specific email that has been sent for example we sent an email yesterday with a quote for a temp assignment, you cannot find this straight away as everything is showing as…
