Allow a quick update of Status through the Send to firefish box
When we send a lot of emails to get candidates' status up to date, it would save a lot of time if we could have a bit more information in the box that pops open when sending to Firefish. For example, if a candidate is not currently looking it would be great if we could change the status to "Happy in current position" as it takes a long time to look for the candidate, go to the record and change the dropdown. there may be other things that would be good to have on that box like being able to…

The “Permanent Status” and “Contract Status” fields are available to update when uploading candidates via the Outlook and Gmail add-ins. 'Select All' option on potential matches to send a bulk email
Rather than scroll through 75 pages of potential matches ticking each candidate individually, i'd like the option to 'select all' then untick manually those i don't want to send the email to.

Parse Mobile Numbers from CV's when sending candidates through "outlook add-in"
Hi Wendy,
Currently the candidate parsing process from outlook into Firefish doesn't collect candidates mobile numbers into Firefish, so users need to manually do this.
For streamlining processes and reducing admin time for users, this would be a help.

Categorise the list of jobs to consider someone for a job.
Please could Firefish change the way in which we consider a candidate for a job. Currently we have to look through a very long drop down list ( with very small writing) to consider someone for a job. It would be easier if this list could be categorised by location or job.

Scroll bar now allows up to 100 options to come back

Adding email addresses to multiple contacts
When emailing a client a candidate profile to one manager but you need to CC another one or HR there is no facility to do this and has to be done in outlook. Would be great if we could message more than one contact.
When a hr contact was on holiday recently I had to cc her in on emails and couldn't do so through FF unless I'm missing a trick.1 voteWhen sending a CV to a contact on a job record, you can click the ellipsis icon to add a contact from the same company into the To, CC or BCC field (see attached screenshot).
While the action will only be logged against the main contact on the job, the email will be sent to any other contacts copied in.

On the Summary page would it be possible to show the first few lines of each correspondence for client and candidate in the Recent Actions.

Can we have a suite of standard reports that covers performance of our staff e.g single KPI report that shows KPIs across all stages of the workflows in one place

Send a notification email if someone comments on your blog
It would be great if Firefish could set up the blog so that you either need to approve a comment that's left on the blog before it's made public, or at the very least give the option to set up email notifications every time someone comments on a blog post. This would make it easier to manage and ensure any spam-type comments aren't made public or can be filtered through rather than needing to be checked all the time.

Multiple email addresses for one contact
Quite a few of our candidates will regularly email us from both their work & personal email addresses & uploading these emails to Firefish is difficult when there’s only one email address field on their record. Would be great to be able to add an additional email address on their records.
1 voteWe now have the ability to provide a 2nd email field however this will not actually link this email to any of the communication to the candidate automatically.
If anyone else would like this just field activated contact the support team.

Skype Field
it would be good if you could add a Skype field to candidates just as you have for contacts ..we speak with all our candidates via Skype.
1 voteHI there – you actually do have this – if you look in the candidate profile page you have all the social fields for candidates in their personal details.
Once entered this will then show on the persons header.

prevent accidental deletion of documents
Please can we have a 'failsafe' check around the uploaded documents? it is very easy to hit the X to delete a document instead of opening the document and it doesn't ask 'are you sure you want to delete?', therefore you just lose the file.

Star Rating
Can we change the star rating when we are in an internal interview or at any stage of the process rather than only being able to do it in an action?

Withdrawn/Not Progressing tracking and storage!
Within any job, we have different options @ the top (considering, internal int, external int etc) - but our withdrawn or not progressing candidates sit (greyed out so you can't do anything with them) within 'considering'. But it would be better if we had a 'withdrawn/not progressing' option @ the top as well and candidates are moved into there.
There also needs to be be a way of seeing in recent actions on the job page when a candidate has withdrawn or not progressed.

not sure i want to split off the candidates rejected or withdrawn but understand and agree that we could try and make it easier.
I made a posting to another enquiry http://bit.ly/c09PgC about moving more stuff on the one page and then you would have a summary of all the candidates withdrawn / rejected visible here
in terms of seeing recent candidates rejected your should be able to see this on the job summary page in the last 5 actions and then if you click onto the action history you will see a list of all activities.
longer term i would like to be able to offer a way of filtering the action notes.

can we have a 'save and close' button @ the top of the page as well as the bottom, to save scrolling down? Will make whizzing round the system much quicker, and avoid us getting heaps in our open activities list : )

Select 2 Interviewers to Confirm Meetings.
The vast majority of interviews with clients involve 2 interviewers:what about the ability to add a second interviewer when confirming external interviews? At least one should have the option to add an additional email recipient to the confirmation email, which is not possible right now, which means you have to go into sent items to then resend to the other participants in the meeting.

Package Detail Field Added
****** added to document package for candidates. Having this information stored is very valuable and makes it easier to produce salary and package benchmark reports. As well as, being able to have the information at hand when a client calls and asks for it before an interview.
