Ability to add templates
The templates which come as standard are great and the ability to edit them also great. However there are many times when we send very common responses to candidates that it would be really helpful to be able to add templates and then edit then accordingly. This way we could have a number of templates that we can customise for each need we have to send repetitive emails and save us having to copy paste from documents.

Hi All,
You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending. This really is a must have guys - the standard templates just aren't enough. The email templates should be completely customizable also - so we can change the names on our system so people know exactly what they are when we change them.

I need an increase, as having a temp and perm division our emails are very different and it only allows for department to really use the templates!

being able to add bespoke email templates would not only save time but encourage more use of the system so communications can be seen by all users. I don't understand why this isn't being actioned already!!

Additional templates would be incredibly helpful, especially when emailing multiple candidates and clients. Having all the required information readily available ensures efficiency and accuracy, which is crucial in our line of work.

It would be beneficial if we had blank templates on candidate emails as it would save us time having to copy and paste from our folders and it would be better if we had it all in the same place

Thanks for adding the Bulk emails but we feel we should be able to have blank templates on candidate emails that we are allowed to create.
For example we have 6 large temporary clients that everytime a new person starts needs to be sent information / inductions for them to work there. Being able to have these all under the candidate email template would save us time having to copy and past the information. Would appreciate this being looked into for other email templates.

The small number of emails is very restrictive could this be increased to at least 20.

We find the small number of available templates to be very restricting. The CRM we used prior to our use of Firefish allowed us to create a vrtual unlimited number of templates. These saved us so much time.
Our consultancy team is frustrated by what for them is a backward step.

It would be beneficial to be able to add in templates on the action emails, and be able to change the name of these too. For example, I want to start a sales sequence of email follow ups to attract new business but unable to add new ones and can't change the existing template names. Please can you consider this

It would be great if we could create additional custom email templates or at least be able to amend the names of the existing email templates as many don't apply to us.

We deal with multiple clients who all require different application forms, ID and online checks to be carried out by candidates they offer to.
It would be great if we could create custom email templates for each client so we can just hit the send button rather than having to type everything out each time, or remember who we last placed within that Group to be able to copy the email we sent to them.
It also then avoids the chances of us missing things off the emails to candidates.
