Setting for email alerts per user
Allow an individual user to choose whether they receive advert application alerts by email or not

Pleased to confirm that we’ve now created a new ‘Email Alerts’ page within each users ‘My Account’ page which allows individual users to enable/disable advert application emails.

preview cv's without opening new documents
When looking at a candidate, it would be good to have a Preview CV function, so that we don't have to open a new Document every time we look at a candidate. The Preview CV function would allow us to see the CV within FF without having to navigate away from the page we're currently on.

Thanks for all your votes and hope you are pleased with this feature.
As the tip from the tank will say currently it is covering each cv on demand so it is a little slower to start with however once the cv has been converted once it will be faster the next time.
We will be working our way through each database and converting on mass to assist with this as well.

Preview all documents on FF not just CV's
it would be great if all documents eg signed offers contracts etc could be previewed in the same fashion as one can do with CV's

have functionality to put through temps on an hourly rate
We can currently only process a request to charge for daily rate contracts or perm. We need to be able to process temps who go out an hourly rate and have variable weekly hours.

recruitment tab on contact record
Its great that you can view a candidates recruitment tab but it would be perfect if this could be revered on a contacts record o you can see what their past recruitment history and current open jobs are with our agency.

Add the Advert URL as a Merge Field for the Candidate Interview Confirmation Email
It would be great if the job advert could be added to the interview confirmation email to the candidate as currently we are copy and pasting every time and need an additional tab open to access the link. This would be so much easier if it could be added as a merge field.

The AdvertURL merge field is now available within the following email templates:
Module: Job
Category: General
Email Template: Recruiter Interview – Candidate
Module: Job
Category: General
Email Template: Employer Interview – Candidate
When added to an email, this merge field will be populated with the URL of the advert linked to the job. If there is more than 1 advert linked to the job, then all advert URLs should be listed.

Be able to Report on the candidate compliance details on the Report Builder
To add the candidates details from their 'Details' tab on their record on to the Candidate Details report in Report builder.
It would be great to be able to see all candidates information including the all the 'Details' information together on a report and have each candidate on one row

We're constantly working to make more and more data available to report on within the Reports Dashboard!

Separate Temp, Perm, Temp to Perm & Fixed term Contract Revenue on the Sales Plan Dashboard or produce in a report
Currently the dashboard is obsolete for Consultants operating a hybrid temp and perm desk, as well as Temporary Consultants as all the figures merge into one on the dashboard. They also only take account of estimated temps revenue and estimated hours worked. As data is transferred over to Timesheetportal, couldn't you import the actual figures from Timesheetportal back into Firefish?

Delighted to announce that Sales Figures can now be reported on via the Reports Dashboard, meaning sales figures can also be viewed on individual workflows for permanent and contract.

CC and BCC in all emails
So we can copy in our own consultants and other contacts at the same company when we're sending CV's

Archiving Contacts and Candidates being Archived automatically?
When archiving a Contact recently who had retired, he was automatically archived as a Candidate, despite wanting to remain on our the system for interim contract roles on a part time basis.
The same happened with another Contact who wanted to stay on the system as a Candidate for Non-executive roles.
Could we try and separate the archiving process to prevent this happening across both Contact and Candidate records in future?
The only current fix is to remove the company name, but they still appear in Contact searches when looking under Name. This dilutes the end result by having them…

Files Drag and Drop
I know we have a great Outlook Add-in for uploading files to Firefish, however it would be great if it was possible to "drag and drop" files to save time

Radius search for jobs on the website
It would be very helpful if candidates could search for vacancies using their postcode and a radius on the website. Show me all the jobs in a 5-mile radius of BN1...

A list of selected candidates can be archived altogether
When going through adverts it would be much less time consuming if a group of selected candidates could all be archived at once instead of individually.
11 votesThis idea has now been completed – it’s now possible to Not Progress advert applications in bulk. This includes choosing to either Archive or Delete the candidates at the same time.

Chat GPT in Adverts
Integrating Chat GPT into the Advert page to allow users to create advert content based on the advert, job and company details. The user should have the option to generate the advert content when creating or modifying an advert. They should also have the option to view and edit the prompt used to generate the content.

We’ve now released the following improvements to the Job Interview workflow…
On both the recruiter and employer interviews, the Interview type field has been split into 2 separate fields: ‘Interview Type’ and ‘Interview Stage’ – the interview stage values can be customised by a Super User via the Properties settings page.

CV Upload Date
It would be great if there was a quick way to view the date a candidates latest CV was uploaded. This would be useful information to have in search results and also as something to filter searches by.
It would also be helpful if this information could be added to a report, perhaps as a field in the candidate module of Report Builder.

We’ll be making a minor text change this week to the new column, by renaming it from ‘Last CV Upload’ to ‘CV Updated’.

Assign Contacts From Associated Companies
You should be able to assign a job to contacts from associated companies, and not just the particular branch the role will be based from. Often we have contacts who are responsible for role across different sites.
10 votesGreat news – you can now group associated companies with multiple sites or branches together quickly and easily as ‘parent’ or ‘child’ companies.

Attachments to emails
Would be great if we could add attachments to emails that are created through Firefish. We currently have to do these emails in Outlook & then also remember to upload them.
10 votesRolled out last night so you can now delete and attach documents from your individual emails.
There has been a new improvement requested to be able to do this in bulk emails so please feel free to vote on that one on the community.

Ability to edit notes
Enable users to edit comments / entries on the summary page. As currently we have to add a new comment / entry with updated information.

Allow PDFs to upload onto the Document Library Terms field
Please can you allow PDF's to be uploaded to the terms section on the Document Library

PDF’s can now be uploaded against the Terms & Conditions field within your Document Library.
This document type won’t be editable but will attach to all CV Sent on Spec emails generated throughout the system.
