    This is specifically useful for FTC and when they are extended, and must be re-invoiced for the extension

    being able to add bespoke email templates would not only save time but encourage more use of the system so communications can be seen by all users. I don't understand why this isn't being actioned already!!

    Please support this, this is proving invaluable as there are essential criteria we would like included that currently has to be manually inputted by the user, and often gets missed through user error. If it was on the outlook form it would reduce this error and keep records up-to-date and therefore easier to search etc.

    Customisable templates would be advantageous and time saving for our staff, timesheet reminders, job alerts and anniversaries are a few that I have thought of today!!
