Interview Requested
Please could we have a "REQUESTED INTERVIEW" button on the The Considering, Recruiter Interviews, CVs Sent & Employer Interviews tabs with an associated Action Note and updated Status (visible to us and the candidate via the portal) so that we know we have requested interview availability.
This should also generate a standard email to request availability to interview.
At the moment we request interview slots over the phone. Candidates prefer email we know, and this extra status event would give more dynamic information to them re where they are in the process and also remind them that we are waiting on them.
To us the FF user, this new status type would give us a more accurate picture of where we are with this candidate and the job.
In an ideal world this would also generate aTO DO on the Dashboard but maybe I have taken this idea to far :-)

This is such a great idea. It's so important to have a record of which firms were interested, even if the interview didn't actually take place. I would prefer it if it wasn't visible to the candidate though. If an interview request comes in after the candidate has accepted elsewhere, I'd still like to have a record of the client's interest but would want control over how I delivered that message to the candidate.

I used to have this functionality on a previous system it was a great flow tool between cv send to interview confirmed - as otherwise you are flicking between post it notes - it also shows conversion rate from CV send to IVR - to IVC as a KPI, as if you get 10 request but only 1 accepts it flags an issue..
