    It would be great if there was a question mark help option for candidate details to allow system users to add a little more context over the 100 character limit.

  4. Stop CV library from autopopulating Skills to the Firefish database

    It appears that if a candidate has completed their skills profile within their portal of CV library that those skills are automatically fed into the Firefish database too which means we are seeing lots of irrelevant skills being added to our already long list.

  5. Split content to be added to the Featured Content

    Now that we have access to split content on the Primary Content I think it would be good to follow this up with split content on the featured content sections as well.

  7. Different Colours to Identify Contacts Candidates Jobs Companies at a glance

    Hi - having just joined FF, would it be a good idea to be able to have different colour backgrounds to identify Contacts, Candidates, Jobs Companies at a glance? We seem to be able to change the background colour which remains the same for each "page" but it would be nice to be able to see a Green background for Companies, Orange for Contacts, Blue for Jobs, Pink for Candidates?

  10. Ability to select and consider candidates from one role onto another

    At the moment if you wanted to consider candidates from the 'considering' on one project, to another new project - you have to go in to each candidate to consider each individually. The option to import the considering list to another project would be very helpful and time saving.

  12. Disable Direct Apply via Website

    Would like the ability to turn off direct apply from a website so that anyone applying in that way isn't automatically added to the system.

  13. when using the email add in and responding to a candidate or client to set a follow up date which will then show on your dashboard

    We want to track all KPI's but if we complete a follow up from our outlook, we have to manually go into Firefish to confirm a new follow up date.

  15. New candidate upload via Add-in - Postcode, address and other modules

    The ability when adding new candidates to the CRM via the Add-in/Chrome Extension, to include Postcode and address so you can fill it all out in one place (but not making it mandatory) meaning the record card for the candidate is as complete as possible, rather than having to go two or three steps further into the record card.

  16. Exclusion criteria on searches

    I.e. if bulk emailing contacts but you don't want contacts from X company to show in the search results, it would be helpful to have someway to exclude them from showing in the results

  19. Better checks on record duplication checks

    Checking if a record is already created is difficult to navigate are results in consultants not bothering and creating duplicates.

    Would be great if you were able to navigate to the actual record and get back to the list easily

  20. email all candidates in job workflow when a job is filled

    Have an option that emails all the candidates in a job workflow when the job is filled. Ideally the template would be editable and push the candidate back to the customer website or candidate portal
