  6. Ability to have a CV open and write notes in the recruiter summary / notes at the same time

    Being able to see someone's CV at the same time as writing notes in recruiter summary, or using the notes function, would be really beneficial.

    Would be good to be able to see a tab of applications within the job, without having to navigate to the advert. The job doesn't give a complete picture currently.

  10. Report on Calendar or Fiscal Year

    At the moment on the reports dashboard 'This Year' respects the start month setting within the regional settings.
    It would be good to be able to select if 'This Year' shows the calendar year or the Fiscal year to give more flexibility when reporting.

  11. Duplicate lists - retaining search parameters

    It would be useful to duplicate a list so that all the search parameters remain the same - so perhaps one or two elements or the name could be changed when needed.

  13. Ability to select and consider candidates from one role onto another

    At the moment if you wanted to consider candidates from the 'considering' on one project, to another new project - you have to go in to each candidate to consider each individually. The option to import the considering list to another project would be very helpful and time saving.

    For the engagement indicators you should be able to choose what actions class a candidate as engaged.

  17. The ability to change the company on a job

    This would be particularly helpful if the wrong company is assigned to the job in error, i.e. a parent company instead of a child company

  20. Have a column to show the Start and End dates to the Candidates Recruitment tab to save you clicking through

    On the candidate record, when you have multiple recruitment hires against a candidate you cannot quickly see which placement they are currently in and when each of them started and ended without clicking into each one to check. A filter to review the start/end dates or a column added would be great!
