Ability to customise or add fields to the ‘call’ action, e.g. Available Date and Notice Period
When logging a call, we have 3 fields available ‘Note Type’, ‘Notes’ and ‘Follow up’, it would be incredibly helpful if we could customise this or add to it.
The ability to update the available date and notice period from the log a call action is essential. Some consultants may want to be able to update other fields, like ‘DBS status’, ‘Current Salary’, ‘Own Transport’, or to record if the candidate is actively looking. This would save us from having to enter this information on the preferences tab.

it would be handy to create a job (or placement) directly from the candidate record and automatically link them to it — rather than having to create the job separately and then search for and add the candidate afterwards.

We would like to be able to search for Job and Advert reference number in the Universal Search bar rather than having to go to the Opportunities or Adverts drop down. It would save time when a candidate calls up wanting to know if a particular role is still available etc...

Actions From Leads
Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

General Compliance - Override
With the addition of the general compliance. We need the ability to override this on a candidate record.
We need the ability to override from compliant to 'DO NOT PLACE' in in the event of a concern/complaint being raised against a worker. In the case of a medication error, for example, a full reflective statement and an interview would be required as a minimum before the nurse would be able to return to work.

Sort by Columns in Potential matches
Ability to sort on columns in potential matches like you can in searches. The critical fields are: Miles, Ranking and Hot status

Report on active placements in a given time period
At the moment you can report on placement start dates or candidate status. What we want to see is all active placements in a given period. For example if we search 01/01/25 to 01/02/25, we don't just want to see placements logged or starting in this time frame, but those which started beforehand and are still ongoing.

The "remove" button on call follow up list should be at the top, to save endless scrolling once you have cleared a call.

Expiring Star Ratings
When a candidate is first rated, they may fall into the 2 star category essentially classing them as a 'not now' due to lack of experience or whatever reason. After 1 year, the star rating could become 'expired' whether that means it becomes a different colour or returns to 3 stars. The candidate at this point may have achieved some longevity in a role or a desirable qualification since they first registered and with an expired star rating, can easily be identified as needing reviewing by a consultant.

AWR Improvements
The current AWR function only allows us to see how many candidates have been in a placement after a certain time period.
In order for this to be tracked accurately it would beneficial to have a week counter that showed the total number of weeks that a candidate has been in the jobs, while also factoring breaks in the contract (e.g. holidays).
It would also be beneficial to have a location to save the AWR entitlements (e.g. holidays, pay rate etc), in a space that is linked t the placement and the company record.2 votes -
