  1. Ability to change LTD to another name

    To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

  2. Company Hiring preferences in the API

    We would like to be able to pull all of a company record's hiring preferences using the API in the same way you can do for Candidates and Contacts.

    To have a setting which allows job boards credits quota to be assigned per team or per person rather than just per person quotas

  5. Custom Company Fields on Email Templates

    Under System Configuration > Properties > Company none of these fields are available to use in the templates for placements. Could they be added please?

  6. Report on candidate compliance status at offer stage

    Within the reports dashboard we want to be able to report on a candidates compliance status at offer stage.

    We can view the candidates that are currently at offer stage, however, there is no group by option to view their compliance status.

  8. INSTAGRAM - Include in Socials on Profile Tab

    Many candidates have Instagram accounts. There is nowhere to record their Instagram ID etc.

    Please add to SOCIAL on the PROFILE TAB on the CANDIDATE RECORD.

    Hopefully this is a nice easy one!!!

  9. Allow documents to be added to Client Contact

    Allow documents to be added to Client Contact or even more preferable would be that they automatically populate across from Company Details.
    I.e. original job profiles, terms of business, additional information on the company,

  10. Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100

    Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

  11. Action options from advert applications page...

    Have advert applications where you can action candidates from the main list rather than having to go into each one….(like with the new registrations)

  12. Contract Activity Templates

    The BETA Activities Library doesn't include Opportunities. It would be useful to have this option included so that templates can be set for the different but frequent contract offer emails we may send out to candidates & contacts, respectively

  16. Manually log a speculative CV send

    Option to be able to log that a spec CV has been sent to a contact outside of Firefish (for example, if a consultant has sent a spec CV to a contact on Outlook without using Firefish, still be able to go to the contact's profile and log the activity against both the contact and the candidate profile without requiring "preferences" and "matches" update and workflow.

  18. Notes box when arranging Employer Interview

    When adding a client interview to the system it would be really useful to have a notes box to add additional information. Perhaps a second interviewer, or information about a competency test etc.

  19. follow ups

    All follow-ups are tied to the channel, so if I call, then email, I get the option to follow up on both (creates duplication).

    Could we set one next action after any activity, with options like call, email, LinkedIn or text, to build a simple multi-channel cadence in one place?
