  1. Add help text to candidate details

    It would be great if there was a question mark help option for candidate details to allow system users to add a little more context over the 100 character limit.

  2. Use a search filter for Considering to Jobs on Outlook Add-In

    Right now we just display a dropdown list of open jobs in the Add-In - it would good to have the ability to search for jobs using a filter (Like the chrome extension) so that users with lots of open jobs can find the right one more easily.

  4. maximum document upload size increase

    The current maximum document size is 10mb but when a candidate is providing a portfolio which has a lot of images you can very quickly exceed this.

    It would be good if we could double the current maximum to 20mb to cover those files that are larger.

  7. Term & Conditions to also be sent on client interview stage.

    When creating a offer on a perm job there is an option within the document library where you can add a document such as Term of Service as part of that email.

    It would be good to have this same feature for the Employer Interview stage when sending the confirmation email to the client

  8. Automatically reject open applications when a job is filled

    When a job is placed but the associated advert still has candidates awaiting processing, the user should have the option to automatically reject all the applications with an email notification being sent as part of this action.

  10. Wjhen you enable Candidate Search on Enterprise for employer portal, the client has access to the full candidate database

    We only want the employer to see their own candidates (i.e the candidates that have applied through their database and the applications they have received via their own database only)

  11. On the candidate portal candidates should have the option to delete CVs

    At the moment they can replace their CV and can only view the latest, but the original CV remains on Firefish. It is also not obvious to candidate's that they can replace the existing CV via the portal. It would be halpful if there was a bin or X button on the portal which removes the CV, at least on the portal, if not on FF.

  13. Notification Pop Up for New Applications

    The same way that outlook floats a little notification at the bottom corner of the screen for a new email, I think if FF created a similar feature for new applications coming in that would be quite cool. Sometimes I can be off engrossed on job boards searching for people and a really good person might have applied but because I am off doing something else, it can be a while before I realise there is an application! I think a little notification will just remind us to check back "when needed".

  14. Private talent pools not to show in the shared list at all

    At the moment private talent pools show up in the list of shared talent pools, they aren't accessible to other users but it would be better for them not to show up at all

  16. additional web forms required for all web themes

    We would like additional web forms to be included as part of Marlin template Refer a friend form, a guides form and a CV checking service form with the following fields included:

    Refer a friend - needs a file upload button so they can provide a word or pdf with the other info
    Then its just text boxes to fill out with the following titles.

  17. On the candidate portal, only show the advert reference number rather than the job reference number

    Currently when a candidate is progressed to considered or another stage of the job work flow the candidate portal updates the reference number from the adverts to the jobs. This is leading to candidates attempting to apply again for the same advert, not realising they have already applied.

  19. New merge field for email templates 'Desired Salary', to be available on candidate bulk email templates

    It would be great if we could have a new merge field on email templates which pulls from the 'desired salary' field on a candidate record. We would particularly like this to be available on the bulk email templates for candidates.
