Stop CV library from autopopulating Skills to the Firefish database
It appears that if a candidate has completed their skills profile within their portal of CV library that those skills are automatically fed into the Firefish database too which means we are seeing lots of irrelevant skills being added to our already long list.

Add last action date as an available column on reports dashboard columns
In the reports dashboards, against the company reports to add the last action date as an available column in the data when viewing all data

Auto fill postcode when posting jobs to Reed
We would really like this feature because this hugely increases the chance of search success on job boards.
We have been assured by Reed that the postcode does not display to the web visitor, which was your stated reason for this feature not being enabled
This is a standard feature in your CV library integration so surely makes sense to have a uniform approach.

Add the advert status as an available field on the reports
Add the advert status as an available field on the standard report and report builder as it would be useful to analyse data for live status adverts (currently you see all adverts regardless of status).

Postcode Column in Potential Matches
We would love a postcode column in the Potential Matches column please.
We do a lot of work close to London and the Dartford Crossing. It is very rare that we will find a candidate who will travel over the Dartford Crossing (or indeed through the Blackwall Tunnel) due to traffic congestion. A 10 mile journey over the crossing could take them an hour to do. It is also very rare to have a client that will take candidates from either side of the crossing.
If i do a search within a 10 mile radius of Dartford, I could have…

Opt out of SMS Marketing prompt at Placement Stage
When you place a candidate, you are prompted to opt a candidate out of email marketing
As Bulk texting can be used on the system, it would be good to prompt to also opt out of SMS Marketing for those who use SMS marketing as well.
This requires manual work to go into a record after they have been placed to opt them out of SMS marketing as well

New Reporting Suite with Graphical UI and ratios
To design a new reporting suite with graphical results as well as performance ratios. Be able to push specific dashboards on to a TV screen. DIsplay them as team dashboards as well as the overall business. Recruiters need to be able to see who there most profitable clients are on a dashboard as well and should each have configurable single dashboards.

Video link Merge field in CV sent on Spec
Would it be possible to add a merge field into the CV sent on spec emails that include the Candidate name and their Video link from their profile?
Also, we would need a merge field to include them if we sent multiple candidates

Candidate – Action – Candidate Card (Insert)
Contact – Action – Candidate Card (Insert)
Jobs – Candidate Card (Insert) -
limit talent pool sharing to specific teams or consultants
so everyone doesn't have to see the whole list

Change wording at closed adverts
Can we have the text at the top of closed adverts changed. It now says ' This vacancy is no longer advertised'. Can the text be changed to 'This vacancy is now closed' so it is clearer for candidates!

We want FireFish to send job alerts based on candidates preferences, such as 'desired salary'
Recently we had a candidate on +75k highlight that they received a job alert for a role that was only £20k. Obviously, this is not going to be a role that this candidate would ever consider. Job boards, agencies, etc. have these options like preferred salary, etc. available for their job alerts and we'd like them to - thanks!

Delighted that you have this on the candidate search and in your potential match screen so you can narrow your results down from the distance from the company that you are recruiting for.

Being able to skip automatic e-mails
Please can we have the opportunity to 'skip' the automatic e-mail which is sent out if we add a new candidate? Often they are added later through the process, or it might be important they don't recieve communication from us.

Thanks for posting this idea. The functionality to skip the email when regsitering a candidate is currently on our development roadmap so we will be working on this.
I will keep you updated on the progress of this and we will announce the release of this funstionality to the firefish system once it is complete.

Save and close from the advert applicants screen
Can we have a save and close button from the advert applicants screen? Once you have marked someone as suitable or unsuitable it would be good to be able just close that page rather than having to click on 'dashboard'.

Currently the team log a call & add the message from LI into their notes - but would be great to be able to at least log it from the chrome extension

Put the Download CV button back on the CV preview page within the application funnel
This used to exist. But a recent update has seen it removed. You can no longer download from the application funnel CV preview page. You have to:
- View the application in funnel
- Select to go to the profile
- Select the CV on the profile page
- Select to downloadSo the journey has become much more complicated. Can you please just add the download button back in on the CV preview page on the application funnel.
