    Thanks for posting.

    I’ve set this suggestion to “Open for Voting” for your first point.

    For point 2, good news on this one – there is a setting within “Settings > System Configuration > Preferences” where you can choose where to display the Specialistion (third category) field. We’ve enabled this on the job for you now so you’ll be able to filter your Potential Matches further.

    Hi All,

    You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending.     Thanks for your ideas! 


    We have lots of ideas for how we could improve the Extension in future versions - some more easily achieved than others, but it would be great to hear the communities thoughts on what we could do.


    As such, We'll use this thread as a placeholder, open it for voting and incorporate similar threads into this one so that everyone can keep track of what's going on.

    An error occurred while saving the comment

    We have a very high rate of candidates NOT actioning their GDPR e-mails and we think this is because the e-mail is coming from an unknown e-mail address and possibly going into their spam folder. We think it would be much better if the consent e-mail came from the individual / Recruitment Consultant they spoke to so they recognise the e-mail address. Thank you
