Be able to search clients by a postcode search to allow for target area.
It would be good to be able to bring back fuller lists of clients using postcode radius search as not all client files are going to be coded properly and this will allow us to bring those, relevant, but not searchable client files up into a useable list for marketing

Assign Contacts From Associated Companies
You should be able to assign a job to contacts from associated companies, and not just the particular branch the role will be based from. Often we have contacts who are responsible for role across different sites.
10 votesGreat news – you can now group associated companies with multiple sites or branches together quickly and easily as ‘parent’ or ‘child’ companies.

Once your companies are associated, you can create a job and assign a contact from any associated company at interview, offer and/or placement stage.

Avoid new registrations inputting the wrong email address
To avoid candidates adding the wrong email address please could you add a second box for candidates to confirm their email address to avoid errors. Ideally it will not be possible to copy and paste into the second box to further restrict errors.
4 votesWell good news everyone, you can now get them to confirm their email when registering/applying! This can be turned on by editing the Email Address field when configuring your registration.

allow you to copy interview details to multiple people
If we could copy interview details to multiple people in the recruiter/external interview tabs in workflow, it would save us having to give each candidate individual interview details.

We are keen to be able to copy interview details to multiple people in the recruiter/external interview tabs (ie inviting 20 candidates to an assessment event with the same details, rather than having to give each candidate individual interview details).

Special Occasions
It would be great for special occasions for example Christmas we could have snow drops falling down on the website if you catch my drift, on valentines love hearts, kisses and so on and so forth. Great idea yeh?

transfer SEO data from old advert to new cloned advert
transfer the SEO data from expiring job advert to new job advert when you "Create Similar" advert (to avoid duplication) to save time

Changes to documents automatically save!
Currently, if we make any changes to an uploaded document on Firefish (mainly formatted CV's) we then have to reupload the document.
It would be good if we could edit these documents online and they changes would automatically save.44 votesThe ability to edit and create Formatted CVs within Firefish has now been launched.

Date on the calender to be highlighted
Hi there is it possible to have the actual date highlighted on the date itself when you have to enter a follow up date. I do understand the date is shown at the bottom but it would also be a great help if the actual date was highlighted too. Thank you

have functionality to put through temps on an hourly rate
We can currently only process a request to charge for daily rate contracts or perm. We need to be able to process temps who go out an hourly rate and have variable weekly hours.

Have an option for post code radius search on the company tab
It's great that Firefish now has the option to search by post code radius for candidates however, it would be even better if we could search for companies on our database within a particular mile radius of certain post codes as this is what we use more often than the candidates' post code.

A list of selected candidates can be archived altogether
When going through adverts it would be much less time consuming if a group of selected candidates could all be archived at once instead of individually.
11 votesThis idea has now been completed – it’s now possible to Not Progress advert applications in bulk. This includes choosing to either Archive or Delete the candidates at the same time.

Is there a plan to integrate email tracking - open rates / hit rates / Bounce backs

CC and BCC in all emails
So we can copy in our own consultants and other contacts at the same company when we're sending CV's

Job alert criteria - option to match on location only & exclude location area
Would it be possible to keep Location & Location Area on job adverts but have the job alerts sent to people that match on location only & ignore the location area on the job?
For example we’ve a number of candidates that will have only stated Australia or New Zealand as their Location preference & not narrowed it down to a specific location area. These candidates are missing out on a lot of job alerts.
5 votesFor this you can just switch off the mandatory setting if this is stopping you on the locations and not select the location under the location area – hope this helps
