  1. Gender ♂♀ - How can we tell?

    Is it possible to have a Cartoon Symbol to show the Sex for the contacts so we know whether they are male or female?

    If this can show by the Contact's Name (alongside the links for Facebook, Linked In) that would be an easy place to see this information.

    Perhaps a *********************************** and a Cartoon *************************** for Females?

  4. Terminations

    Once a placement is terminated the candidate's status still shows as happy in current position & category is placed. Is there any way we can add something in place of these so it doesn't get mistaken for a placed candidate?

    Some great improvements in our perm terminations -

    1) you can reset the candidate status
    2) record action notes and grade with stars
    3) opt the candidate back in to job alerts and marketing
    4) reopen the job and bring all the candidate that were automatically ‘not progressed’ at placement back in to the workflow
    5) remove the red engagement indicator from the candidates header

  5. Closing date on jobs

    A number of our contacts specify a closing date for when they'll accept CV up until. Could we have a field added for this?

  6. General email option on all stages of a job

    It'd be really useful to have a general email option on all stages of a job. Sometimes we want to email all candaidates at each stage with a general update

    & there's currently no option for that.

  7. Dashboard - Candidate Calls

    On candidate calls, on the dashboard, it would be great to see the week ahead. ie on a Friday you can't see your next weeks calls. Would help you plan a bit better.

  8. Finding and Coding Part Time Candidates

    Could FF create a way of coding candidates as being available to work part time? It would be ideal if we could then search on this if a part time job crops up!

  10. Refining Company Searches by geography

    Currently within the company module we can search on the field "town" within the company address, would it be possible to make the "county" a searchable field?

  11. New message to help expand on why a candidate can’t be moved from company to company instantly

    Error: Candidate left within the last 2 hours.

    Cannot currently be reassociated.

    Is this feature helpful?

    I'm not sure. It would be a little irritating if I made a mistake and wanted to edit it, but couldn't do this for 2 hours.

    It was also another user that made the initial edit and now I can't change it until the time expires

    If this feature is required then it would be helpful if the message was more informative. 'The candidate left' isn't great as I don't have any idea where they went or how I fix this.

    HI this has now been changed to 10 mins and an action to note the changer of company. hope this is a better way of helping you with is feature.

  12. Note on candidate card when jobs close

    Note in the candidate records that a role they are being considered for is now closed to save having to "not Progress" them. If we see someone else in the company is considering a candidate for a role we don;t approach them. a blanket note to all candidate records the job is dead would allow everyone to know it's no longer an option without having to look for the requirement record.

  13. New release - Sending to Firefish from Outlook - go a step further

    It's great to have the new functionality of checking the Discipline and location area when sending a candidates' details to Outlook, as well as selecting to consider them straight to one of your jobs. Please could we go one step further on the next release by ensuring we can also add the Preferred Role, preferred Location (not just area) and also be able to consider to anyone's jobs - not just my own.

    HI there – just to let you know that we have just released the following feature that covers this request,

    If the terms are on the company document tab and you create a job for that company they will come through to the job terms document tab and they will now be sent out along with the CV sent action.

    As soon as you upload terms on to the job they will also be send automatically out with your CV send action.

  16. Add notes option when completing To Do actions

    In To Do lists - when completing follow ups - can there be an option in addition to DONE to add notes to the record, rather than linking back in to add them - so, maybe ADD NOTE

    you will now have the option to add a follow up call or email from the to-do list item or you can use the candidate hover over to simply add notes.

  17. Notes section for new vacancy

    Its rare that I have an actual job spec from my clients. When putting a vacancy on it would be useful to have a notes section at the bottom to add any notes relating to the role.

  18. Package Detail Field Added

    ****** added to document package for candidates. Having this information stored is very valuable and makes it easier to produce salary and package benchmark reports. As well as, being able to have the information at hand when a client calls and asks for it before an interview.

  19. Having a contact that works / hires on multiple sites

    When setting up interviews etc could it be possible to manually type the interviewers name into the box? Very often it is someone from a different clinic who is doing the interview, so you currently just have to pick a random member of staff, which then means you cannot use the send e-mail function.

    Great news – you can now group associated companies with multiple sites or branches together quickly and easily as ‘parent’ or ‘child’ companies.

    Once your companies are associated, you can create a job and assign a contact from any associated company at interview, offer and/or placement stage.

  20. Save and close from the advert applicants screen

    Can we have a save and close button from the advert applicants screen? Once you have marked someone as suitable or unsuitable it would be good to be able just close that page rather than having to click on 'dashboard'.
