Introduce a setting on universal search to dictate if archived/deleted records will show as well as live records
At the moment you have to go into the advanced search on one particular section (candidate, contact, etc) and search for archived/deleted records.

Approve candidate registrations before they are added to the system
At the moment you can review and delete, but a better system would be to alert us before the candidate is even on the system so that we can approve or deny

Superuser having overall company view on homepage
When you log in, Superusers to have an overview of all users such as temps out, timesheets due, compliance stats, etc. for the whole company instead of seeing information allocated to only themselves (as often the superusers are admin roles who dont have their own workers etc and work across everything).
And then be able to choose the view from a whole company overview when you log int, to then narrow it either by team or by individual user. This would help with processing timesheets as you are able to narrow it to the specific teams to see which timesheets…

Reports Dashboard Data Columns sort order
When selecting columns from the Data tab (creating or editing a new card) in the Reports Dashboard - there is no specific ordering logic to the options available - feels like they should be alphabetical in line with the system

Vacancy Alerts Sent Once to Candidates for a specif job regardless of it the advert is reposted.
Vacancy Alerts should only be sent to a candidate once for a particular advert i.e. if you copy the advert to refresh it - the candidates shouldn't receive another vacancy alert. The reason is that the same unsuitable candidates keep expressing an interest when we post a refreshed (copy) advert and then ask us why they keep receiving them in the first place if they are not suitable!

Update Email Uploads Quicklink Function
Recent Email Uploads Quick Link only shows the user’s own items, they can’t view other user’s items
This is different to how the other Quick Links work at the moment, they allow the user to view other user’s items by using the Owner dropdown
When you view dashboard as another user and then click a Quick Link, it currently opens the quick link with your info, not theirs

Expand the email pop up box
It would be good if we could expand and make the email pop up bigger so the full email content can be viewed.
It would also be good if there could be a spell checker and preview functionality like we have in the Reach section

Making the CV preview consistent
When previewing a candidate's CV within the job summary it brings up a quick view of the candidate's profile, the CV content within this pop-up is small and hard to read.
We would like the CV preview to work in the same way it does if you were to view a CV from within the candidate's record and opens up a full preview
This will ensure reviewing applications is as efficient as possible, no mater the screen size being used

To be able to use chat GPT to suggest Page Title, Keywords and Page Description on the Advert SEO tab, in the same way you can for SEO within Web Content.
