  2. Enterprise - Match the preferences selected in the primary to the secondary site and only show the ones selected on the secondary

    Currently this is setting is still showing the full primary list on the secondary site for web which would be a priority to solve.

  3. Calendar when creating/editing placements

    When creating a placement the calendar is Mon-Sun but when you amend the existing placement it shows at Sun-Sat.

    Would it be possible to link this with the start of the business week in the System Config settings?

  4. Amend and/or remove drop down options on Permanent/Temp Status

    It would be helpful to be able to remove options such as 'Immediately Available' and 'Passively Looking' on Permanent and Temp Status. If not, then the option to amend the names.

  5. Arrange Employer Interview on behalf of user

    To be able to arrange an Employer Interview but assign it to another user (so the selected user gets the KPI, To Do task and Diary entry).

    "Confirm User" field is currently available on Recruiter Interviews so same functionality on Employer Interviews.

  8. Postcode Column in Potential Matches

    We would love a postcode column in the Potential Matches column please.

    We do a lot of work close to London and the Dartford Crossing. It is very rare that we will find a candidate who will travel over the Dartford Crossing (or indeed through the Blackwall Tunnel) due to traffic congestion. A 10 mile journey over the crossing could take them an hour to do. It is also very rare to have a client that will take candidates from either side of the crossing.

    If i do a search within a 10 mile radius of Dartford, I could have…

  9. set hide the Candidate Date of Birth field via a System Configuration setting as some candidate question why we need this data.

    This would prevent any potential for a discrimination claim of ageism based on information requested.

    We're delighted to say that you can now create a report within the Reports Dashboard that will show all companies that have terms of business. 


    You can do this by creating a report using the Company module and adding in the 'Contract Terms Document' and 'Permanent Terms Document' columns.

  12. Disable Job workflow stages

    Allow the job workflow to be configurable per workflow type -- i.e. hide recruiter interview/CV sent/employer interview in the temp workflow but still have these visible in perm workflow.

  13. Bring the timesheet approver field into the offer screen

    As when compliance users finishing off the placement, they don't know who the timesheet approver is and the recruiter can't access the placement screen. This could be solved by adding timesheet approver to the offer screen like the accounts/billing contact

    By disabling the Restrict Placement Action setting, Recruiters will be able to confirm the placement once Compliance User has completed the compliance details and the candidate is Ready to Place. During confirmation of the placement, the Recruiter will be able to populate the Timesheet Approver.

  14. Seperate HR/Accounts email addresses for placements

    Whilst you can have separate emails for accounts and HR depending on whether you're in temp or perm workflow you can't set up seperate perm/temp accounts or hr email addresses

    Going through some older ideas on the Community and came across this one. 


    Good news is that you can create a report card within the Reports Dashboard and filter it by your candidate or contact calls. You'll then be able to click into each segment or KPI to view the call details.

  16. Allow nominated users to edit talent pools

    Currently, only the creator of the talent pool can edit. We've got multiple consultants mining the same talent pools for similar skills/experience.

    It's a big admin task to leave it to one person to edit, so would be useful to allow the creator to also nominate admins who can also edit the talent pools too.

  17. Allow Firefish to be open in multiple tabs

    It would be useful if Firefish could be open in multiple tabs at a time, to avoid difficulties when you need to multitask - for example when you need to check something when you are mid-way through drafting an email

    Delighted to confirm that all Firefish can now be used across multiple tabs at once. 


    You may have noticed some 'open in new tab' links appearing throughout the system (see attached). We'll be continuing to add these in places throughout the system to make using Firefish in multiple tabs more accessible.

  18. Preferences Per Site Settings - Jobs/Contacts/Companies

    To update the Preference Per Site settings so when a value is disabled it does not appear the Jobs, Contact or Company records or searches.
