49 votesHI Richard we do this for you through the job distribution – if you go into the distribution page and open the link called distribution list you will see all the candidates that have opened / clicked through etc .. it is our plans to roll this functionality through to bulk email as well so moved this to voting to push up the priorities.

WhatsApp
it would be good to have a field for candidates to enter their WhatsApp address, for those of us working internationally its another quick and cost effective method to get messages out to candidates.

Monitoring Consultant Activity Performance Ratios/Metrics
It would be great if there was a function on Firefish which provides an automated report to demonstrate performance efficiency/ratios.
Ie:
Jobs Taken: 10
CV's Sent: 30
1st Interviews: 15
2nd Interviews: 10
Jobs Filled: 4
= Average CV's per job Ratio = 3
= 1st Interview: 2nd Interview = 1.5
= Job to Fill Ratio = 2:5This data would enable us to create insight from the activity performance, which would be very helpful to identify patterns and areas which if focused on further, can improve efficiency performance.

Ability to click through to next candidate/contact on a search while in someone’s file – arrow button in top corner of each page
It would be great to have the ability to click through to next candidate/contact on a search while in someone’s file – maybe by having an arrow button in top corner of each page, rather than having to come out of the candidate file, go back into the search and then clicking onto the next name on the list. This would save a lot of time when trawling through searches. Thanks!

Custom Default Columns
I know users can already select extra columns to add to the default ones in candidate search results, but having these extra columns remain once they've been added & not disappear again once you log out would be a massive help.

it would be good if when sending a CV to a contact for their review if one could choose multiple contacts from the client contact list who are also involved in the review process?

Give jobs multiple locations
I often get roles for businesses hiring the same thing in several locations. It annoys me that I have to add multiple roles. Can we add this function?

Can we have an iPhone candidate app?
Candidates want to view the latest jobs on their phone... browse roles, update details, receive push notification, apply with one click and check out their progress.
An iPhone app would be AWESOME!!!!....

Ability to chose the order of diversity screening
Give clients the ability to chose the order of the diversity page i.e. page one is profile, page 2 is diversity and page 3 is custom candidate details. At the moment diversity is always after the registration form

Gradient Colour Selection in Web Templates
For new and existing templates, clients should have the choice to apply a gradient instead of solid colour background within the theme branding settings. Gradients are common in modern web design, eye-catching and add depth.
Typical uses are:
- header/footer areas
- plugin backgrounds
- buttonsThe component itself will allow greater design choice/customisation to clients. In turn, existing themes that get this incorporated should become more appealing/modern.
