  2. allow Job title to be changed and saved regardless of last job on original CV

    Firefish autopopulates the field and doesnt allow to change it after you've uploaded the original CV

  3. Add Field Labels to Interview Medium

    Add a label in front of InterviewLocationorMedium fields to make a clear distinction on what each part is.. So add the URL label for Video and Online Test options and Password/ID

  8. Move or duplicate the remove and not progressing buttons on the considering tab to the bottom

    This would be more inline with other similar buttons on the workflow, and would make it easier to find the buttons.

  10. AI Prompt Searching

    Instead of using the current tick/drop down search criteria, it would be great to have AI searching whereby we type out a prompt such as 'managers in Glasgow who I haven't contacted in the last three months' and the system will produce a list of results, not just based on preferences but on notes/employment history/etc

    LinkedIn Recruiter have a similar functionality

  11. Add Sources to API Linked Actions

    Now that we have Channel and Source tracking for Adverts and the Job Workflow, we should extend this functionality to the wider API.

    Currently we have placeholders added into the notes for each action however we should make sure that each action can be attributed properly per API Profile, so that we have a consistent UI experience and also easier reporting.

  12. Reset Job Stage On Multiple Placements

    If there is more than one opening for a role, and a placement is made, the role currently always has a status of placed.

    This makes it very hard to manage the second or third opening for that role, as you don't know which stage you are at with it.

    It would be helpful to be able to edit the role status so that you could set it to the correct level of search/processing which you are doing for that job.

  14. The ability to choose the job title that shows in the candidate header

    Sometimes the most recent employment item isn't always the most appropriate job title. It would be nice if we could toggle whether to use the most recent employment item or to free type the job title.

    Make the following fields mandatory if TPS is switched on

    1. NI Number
    2. Pay Type
    3. Supplier (only if engagement type is umbrella)
    4. Account Number
    5. Sort Code
    6. Job contact email address
    7. Timesheet approver of placements / extension / placement

  16. Edit Document Categories on Candidate Documents Tab

    I want to be able to change the headings of the catagories on the documents page of a candidate profile. For example 'CVs', 'Formatted CV', 'Cover Letter'

  17. Change the default time increment that a meeting logs in your calendar when sync is switched on
