  1. Increase Number of Vacancies per job allowed beyond the current 100

    Currently only 100 vacancies per job allowed. Can this be increased to allow any number, As with Contracts there could be up to 400 or 500 at any one time and currently this means a number of Jobs. It would be better for reporting etc if they were all under the one job

  2. Action options from advert applications page...

    Have advert applications where you can action candidates from the main list rather than having to go into each one….(like with the new registrations)

  3. Actions From Leads

    Please allow users to take Actions/Bulk Actions from the Leads Dashboard - this would allow us to manage these much better and move people through the pipeline and send comms in bulk.

  5. General Compliance - Override

    With the addition of the general compliance. We need the ability to override this on a candidate record.

    We need the ability to override from compliant to 'DO NOT PLACE' in in the event of a concern/complaint being raised against a worker. In the case of a medication error, for example, a full reflective statement and an interview would be required as a minimum before the nurse would be able to return to work.

  6. Contractors out make the timesheet icon link to the timesheet

    When drilling down on the quick links to current temporaries, there is a button under timesheets, but you cannot click into this like you can from the placements tab.

    It would be highly valuable and time efficient to be able to drill down here and the system takes you to the normal timesheet function as it does from the placements tab.

  9. Can the Job code field in Temp workflo be a multiSelect option so we can add multiple rate card to a job when sending to tsp

    At the moment we can only select one job code when creating a temp/shift job. However when we are adding shifts to the job we may have different rates applying to the different shifts so need the option to applying different rate cards/job codes to that job to send across to tsp

  10. Contact Original Source

    With Firefish having an evergrowing range of source integrations and the ability to write contacts in using the API, it would be great to have a Contact Original Source field to be able to track if money spent on those platforms is providing a return.

  12. Candidate Names Merge Field

    At present the Interview Confirmation - Candidate email allows you to use the merge field of contact name and company name in the subject line. The same is not true for the Interview Confirmation - Contact as there could be multiple names when creating bulk interviews. It would be handy to have the option for users that don't do high volume interviews.

  15. Add candidate to a temp (shift) job via the candidate record

    The only option to add a candidate to a temp job availability pool is to go into the job and manually add them to the pool. Could we have a option in the candidate record to use the consider function where you can quickly add someone to the pool and possible do it in bulk via the search result screen?

  16. Create Adverts for Temp (shift Workflow)

    Currently we are unable to create an advert for a Job in the Temp workflow. It has to be done via the Perm or contract Workflow. Can we have it setup that we can create an advert for all 3 workflow types?

  18. Saved Searches available as an endpoint on our API

    Create a new endpoint on the Firefish API to allow users to click a button to send a saved search/talent pool to an integrated partner for them to use.

  19. candidate shift availabilty

    Candidate shift preferences

    On the candidates 'preferences' page, there should be an option to select the working hours they are available for. I.e full time / part time. Days, nights, afters, rotating etc.
    This would help when matching candidates to jobs and be more useful data in the long run
