Ability to change LTD to another name
To be able to change the name of LTD in the jobs which also pulls through in the email template merge fields (i.e. total rate breakdown field)

Company Hiring preferences in the API

Ability to configure multiple success pages
Currently we only have one success page for all applications made through FireFish, however we'd like to be able to split this out by type of role into seperate success pages.

Bulk add contact tags
It would be great if we could bulk apply a tag to contacts from a search or talent pool.

Convert report data into a saved search
It would be useful to be able to convert candiate/contact data from the report cards into a saved search if these tie into a project to be worked on - i.e. candidates with no discipline

Make Job Profile attaching to Candidate CV Sent Email optional
At the moment when you send a candidate CV to a client via the job workflow, an auto email is populated to the candidate to inform them their CV has been sent and attaches the Job Profile if one has been added to the job.
It would be good if attaching the Job Profile to the email was optional...A setting in general settings to switch off attaching the job profile to the candidate.

Select which brand email templates to send
On enterprise, when in the primary site it would be useful to be able to select which brands email templates you want to send rather than having to log into each secondary site to send the comms

Candidates able to upload multiple documents within each section on their details tab
It would be great if candidates were able to have the ability to upload more than one document of each type within the Details section on their profile. Currently candidates are only able to upload one document under each detail however it would be good if candidates were able to upload multiple for ones have expired and be able to delete their old ones.

Notify candidate owner when a candidate updates from candidate portal
When a candidate updates any fields inside the candidate portal, the candidate owner should receive a notification that this has happened via the dashboard and/or email

Choose whether to send job alerts or not
It would be great if you could choose per advert whether or not to send the job alerts rather than them automatically going.

Ability to add unlimited number of references
To be able to add as many referee details as required in the references tab without having to override existing details in he 1,2,3 boxes.

Search fields for a client
On the search list I like the ability to ignore but when being more selective it would be good to only tick the ones people / companies that I want to keep so it is he opposite of ignore

company status & ownership
Settings like the data retention that provide a list where you're automatically prompted to review certain status's/ownership
i.e If my 'active' status and exclusive ownership is only valid within 6 months of placement, there should be a way to get notification of this / that a company is up for grabs by any recruiter on the system to stop this data falling out of date as it's often not updated by recruiters.
You should also be able to set rules to give a company a set status when a particular action happens i.e. placement
And the ability to change status…

Option to select other users of Firefish when sending emails throughout Firefish from a dropdown list to CC in colleagues easily
Like we have the ability to CC multiple contacts when sending emails, we should be able to CC our team members from a drop drop down.

Allow job board credits to be grouped per team
To have a setting which allows job boards credits quota to be assigned per team or per person rather than just per person quotas
