Authorisation On Bad Credit
It would be helpful to have the choice to make it stop the placement or not if a company is listed as having bad credit.

Add candidate to a temp (shift) job via the candidate record
The only option to add a candidate to a temp job availability pool is to go into the job and manually add them to the pool. Could we have a option in the candidate record to use the consider function where you can quickly add someone to the pool and possible do it in bulk via the search result screen?

Create Adverts for Temp (shift Workflow)
Currently we are unable to create an advert for a Job in the Temp workflow. It has to be done via the Perm or contract Workflow. Can we have it setup that we can create an advert for all 3 workflow types?

Saved Searches available as an endpoint on our API
Create a new endpoint on the Firefish API to allow users to click a button to send a saved search/talent pool to an integrated partner for them to use.

candidate shift availabilty
Candidate shift preferences
On the candidates 'preferences' page, there should be an option to select the working hours they are available for. I.e full time / part time. Days, nights, afters, rotating etc.
This would help when matching candidates to jobs and be more useful data in the long run1 vote -

Send auto reminder to candidates in timed intervals for upcoming interviews meetings etc
Auto reminders are sent to candidates at regular intervals to remind them of upcoming interviews or meetings. Scheduled when setting up the interview.

When outlook add-in creates a to do list task in outlook, have it create the reminder at the same time

Introduce spell check
At the moment we rely on browser or third party spell check functions, but it would be great if Firefish had its own.

Change the Lead Stage order
i.e. it currently goes from Attempting to Engaged, to New, whereas should be New>Attempting>Engaged (or vice versa depending on ascending vs descending)

Customised Registration Workflow
Having the automatic email containing the information and links to legal forms just seems much simpler and it’s just there on the file to pull up when audited.

Ability to enter a fixed fee when entering placement information.
When processing a placement (permanent, or fixed term contract), should have the ability to override sales markup and input a figure, for example where a fixed fee has been agreed rather than percentage based markup.

We would love to be able to suggest candidates to multiple people in one go, at the moment it is something we have to do multiple time for one candidate.
