Ability to add templates [Actions Library]
The templates which come as standard are great and the ability to edit them also great. However there are many times when we send very common responses to candidates that it would be really helpful to be able to add templates and then edit then accordingly. This way we could have a number of templates that we can customise for each need we have to send repetitive emails and save us having to copy paste from documents.

Hi All,
You may have noticed that we have recently increased the number of available Bulk Email Templates to 5 for Contacts and 5 for Candidates. If you go into Email Settings you will be able to create 5 different templates and then when you are sending the Bulk Email you can select which one you would like to send from a drop down on the Bulk Email edit view prior to sending. Whilst the standard templates are useful, being able to create and save our own would be even better. There are quite a few that we don't use so we're in a hybrid situation of using Firefish for some comms and Outlook for others.

It seems to be inflexible for the same email template to be used when a candidate is rejected after their CV being sent, as the one used when a candidate is rejected after an interivew. The message has to be changed every time for one of them as they are two very different responses. It would be good to have a separate system template for these two everyday scenarios.

Even if there were additional blank templates users could edit as there are available in the Bulk Email Templates this would be so helpful.

It would be good if there is functionality to edit the name of a Bulk Email template so that I know what the content of each template is without opening it.

At the moment, FF isn't really set up as a retained friendly CRM. This would really help with reporting on retained business development activities tracking suspects to prospects to leads & to sales.

Hi - I would love to have the option of a drop down template tailored for my business development activity and wondered if this might be something you are looking into? Its currently very manual the way its set up and lots of changes to subject line etc every single email I am sending

Agree would like to add other dropdowns on client contacts.EG Sales leads so you can bring up all your sales leads from the day before to follow up. A basic function that I'm surprised isn't on here

It would be good if we could just have multiple BULK EMAIL templates (Bulk Email 1, Bult Email 2, Bulk Email 3 etc.), all with the same existing Candidate Action - to allow us to send out a regular handful of identical emails rather than having to edit every single time.
I am sure each agency has its own requirements for multiple templates. -

Agree with this as we have a number of Business Development mailers that we would
like to be able to select, depending on the conversation or type of client.This also applies to the "Bulk" email function where you can only have one template. -

To follow the REC conduct regulations we need 3 templates to go to successful candidates and these cannot be incorporated into one so the ability to add templates by super users is a must from our point of view

Love the new release of call note taking - great! However it would be ideal if we can customise these drop downs like we can do in all other aspects of the candidate portal. For example, your list: Update / Proactive Approach/ Follow Up etc is OK, but for us we would like to Add/Edit one to say NR/LM (no reply/left message) or Sending Later - as these are often the notes we make and it would save us having to type them out each time...
That way we can make it more customised to our specific recruitment needs rather than generic. Thank you!

Needs more functionality and ability to tailor. System is feeling quite inflexible if you want to do more than the usual transactional functions and messaging.

more options for templates on bulk emails would be good as well as the option to bulk update!
