Vetting Document
To have a template document kind of like the formatted CV which allows you to use the compliance details merge fields to create a vetting document for a candidate which can be sent to clients

Creating Company contacts - adding a location
When adding new company contacts it would be really useful to simply have an additional box to input a contact's "location" or "site location".
This is useful for us because the 'companies' we work with have multiple sites and different divisions within each site. For now I am adding multiple tags to each contact as the chile/parent company format is more difficult to view which contacts are on which site / which division of that company. For example: Company "Leonardo Electronics" - Site Location "Edinburgh" - Tags "ECRS team".

Implement a Postcode Address Finder tool
Implement a tool that when you insert postcode, it gives you a list of addresses for that postcode to select from to make address entry quicker

Have a placement tab on the company record
It would be good to have a placement tab on the company showing a list of all placements and other key info such as.
Date placement was created
Job title placed in
User who made the placements

Enable you to tag multiple contacts at once
When tagging contacts, you should be able to multi click the contacts and add a tag to them in bulk.

Search for clients by postcode only and not radial
Our areas are defined by postcodes so to be able to search for all clients within a postcode area would be very handy

Reference Request - Follow Up Action
Right now when doing a reference request follow up on the to do list you are not able to do this for referees that are not a existing contact in Firefish. This is because the follow up is a contact action and without the contact record the action can't be assigned to any record.
We would be looking to change this to allow us to be able to follow up on references regardless of whether they are a contact or not. This is because not always will you want references from candidates to be contact in our database as they…

It would be massively useful for us to have RICS Recruit to be integrated to FireFish as it's a key job board that we use.

Apply a divert to the SMS phone number
So that candidate's calling the number after receiving an SMS are diverted to the office line

General Compliance - Override
With the addition of the general compliance. We need the ability to override this on a candidate record.
We need the ability to override from compliant to 'DO NOT PLACE' in in the event of a concern/complaint being raised against a worker. In the case of a medication error, for example, a full reflective statement and an interview would be required as a minimum before the nurse would be able to return to work.

All compliance details fields to show on the advert apply page, even if one is already populated

Candidate Availability
When the shift workflow is available, it would be good if a candidate had a way to confirm their own availability through the candidate portal.
A user could also update a candidates availability in the candidate record.
This should update the shift workflow to ensure candidates cannot be added to a shift when they are not available.

Don't send CV on spec for the same candidate to a contact who has already had it
Much like how you can't send the same job alert to a candidate multiple times

Ability to set default drop down choices
I.e. Automatically set a payment type or engagement type on the candidate pay tab, or automatically set a location which pre-populates when a record is created, if not otherwise completed
